They gave me a bad vehicle. I purchased the vehicle in July and ever since then it has given me the same problems repeatedly; check engine light flashing, vsc light on, traction light on, and leaking oil. For these issues I have brought it back 3 times. Never did the issue get addressed, until I took it to an outside source on the fourth time. After the third time occurred the manager Lisa of the Spartanburg store was told to contact me by the Rock Hill Supervisor Charles and she did not. The second opinion also revealed that what was described as just a “small leak almost ooze like near the rear main seal” was actually a heavy leak of oil from 1) the rear main seal 2) valve cover gasket and 3)Timing Cover Gasket and I wasn’t crazy about needing large amounts of oil in short periods. While I was there he even had to topped me off with 5 quarts because I had lost so much. They also failed to report to me that the Driver Side CV Axle needs replacing.

Ms. ***** bought in July 2022 with 149,754 miles and months later had her first issue noted Oct 18 for an engine light and oil leak. Our shop replaced spark plugs, a coil and the valve cover gaskets. She paid a $100 deductible towards the repair. The warranty provided to her specifies she should pay $200 deductible per repair. We were empathetic and saved her some money by only charging a $100 deductible. Later, November 1st, Ms. ***** called back to our shop, but our shop was booked at that time, so we recommended an independent shop for her to visit. She didn’t go, and we do not have any notes again until December 7th when we replaced a different coil and plug on a different cylinder. This vehicle has 4 coils. Notes from our staff say the customer was happy. January 10th Ms. ***** called in about oil leak, the shop saw her on the January 26th. One of the replaced coil packs was defective and replaced under Advance Auto warranty. The shop noted a small oil leak at the rear main seal and informed customer. Oil leaks are not covered on the warranty and the shop recognized it was a small leak at that time. Just an ooze. Feb 20th Ms. ***** called in about a check engine light coming on, the account manager recommended for her to make appointment with JP’s Auto to have the vehicle looked at instead of our shop, we did this back on Nov 1st, as well. On Feb 23rd Ms. ***** called in again about the same issues, we reminded her to take to **** and we reminded her about warranty requirements of deductibles for repairs and she has an appointment for March 9th for a rear main seal, not covered but we are doing the repair under good-will, a timing cover gasket, not covered, but good-will, and a right front cv axle. This is covered with a $200 deductible. This will also be the first time she was charged a full deductible for any repairs. We are sorry for her issues, but we tried to repair the small simple things for her at low or no cost to her. Also, we did ask her 2 times to use our vendor to administer the warranty. One time it was a prior defective part repair. We are still under the assumption she will be keeping her appointment March 9th. The current miles at delivery were 149,754, the miles at last visit was 161,035. We hope she will keep her appointment and have her concerns resolved. Claude B****

They gave me a bad vehicle and when I try to contact them to inspect it I was told to pay a fee for diagnoses. Tired and alignment are bad, brakes and windshield wipers are bad, antifreeze keeps leaking, transmission not pulling along with burning smell and knocking noise. I have to keep missing out of work because of the car not operating right I am not satisfied at all
