CDP fencing installed a fence at my home December 2023 finished in January 2024. March 2024 the gate on the left side of the house moved and wouldn’t open. I called the owner Devin about the problem. May the sent someone out to fix it. They adjusted it. June the same problem. They adjusted some of the panel that separated. I noticed the poles were not in line with each others. They didn’t pull a line on them to keep them even. Which is another problem with the fence.I left messages with no return. Then I started calling the lady that did the estimate. They finally sent someone out to adjust it again. Same problem. I call back to get a reschedule to replace the pole and fix the gate. It was supposed to be the day I was off they came when I was working Dec7 . And dug up the pole reset it but put the same pole back in with a lot of miss drill holes from all the adjustments with screws in the hole from all the adjustments and some are just one holes.

As Mr **** stated we have been to his property multiple times to fix the gate issue in which was taken care of. The final solution was to remove a section of the fence and re-install on a Friday, we then returned on that Monday so that the concrete had time to cure and set properly. All of these trips made was at no additional cost, we also had to remove a 10x10 concrete pad during this job to put the fence where Mr.**** wanted the fence to go at no additional charge, I believe that if we went to fix the issue if he was home or not is not a true complaint, we were simply doing our part by trying to make it right for the customer in which shows in our efforts by making multiple trips when he is located approximately  1 hour from our location. He requested that we adjust the gate and that's what we did of course there will be screw holes in the existing post due to the hinge adjustment, we would be more than. happy to provide Mr. **** with a quote to replace the existing post and or gates that has any unwanted screw holes in them whereas that's expected when hanging a gate with  hardware and building gates, screws hold them together.

**** ******  We had another quote from another company you gave us your word that they wouldn’t have a quality fence. Several times to fix a problem that was not fixed. All trips the trip were made@ no additional cost. The location of my house was known when the initial quote was done. I should have been notified prior to accepting the quote and money that my house was to far to fix issues. If there was issues with removing the concrete it should have known during the process. This job cost 12,251.00 dollars. Which should have looked like the one posted on your website. I don’t think that I have been made whole in this situation. I’m sure if I was the company and you were the client this would be acceptable to you. Why would I want you to give me a quote for something that should have been done right the first time. So money can fix what is wrong.

The statement of distance was to make our effort known we have been there multiple times and the issues were addressed. Secondly we do not talk down on other companies your choice on who you hire to do projects is entirely up to you we do appreciate your business and we understand that it is very hard  to ensure 100% satisfaction with each and every customer and for that I apologize.

I am rejecting this response because: I would still like all the holes in the gate and fence gaps to be fixed. Four sections of the fence has gaps around the yard. This fence has not been in place for a year yet.

    Sincerely,
    ****

Good Afternoon Mr ****, The spaces in reference is not considered a repair according to the images provided to my office. The "U" Chanels on either side of the sections are adjustable simply slide it to cover the gap these are expected to give with the flex of a vinyl fence and is expected to be the customers responsibility whereas we cannot come out each time one needs adjusting.

     Thank you

I hired this company to install a fence at my residence and a price and job was agreed upon verbally and in writing. The work was done when I was not at home and the job was not completed. The bill was paid in full by me and the fence company owner and myself discussed the issues with the unfinished job and we both agreed that it needed to be finished. He(Devin Sease) said he would come back and take care of it as soon as possible as it wouldn't take much to finish. He was in full agreement that it was not done to the contracted deal. Since then, he won't return my phone calls, he has not come back to finish, and I am doing all communication through his salesman which keeps telling me that Devin will call me "in a bit". The job was paid in full, but not completed. All I am wanting is to have the job finished, nothing more, no discount, just finished the correct way that was agreed upon.$2305.24

CDP Fencing has completed Mr. **** * ******** Fencing project is in line with the agreed and signed contract within the scope of work that will be provided along with images supporting this case. Mr ******* wrote that he was not home upon work completion however he was present during this project he even walked our crew around to show them the job layout which again was in accordance with the contract and in line with the agreed scope of work. My staff is required to perform quality work for our customers in which we provided to Mr. *******. We have received payment in full from Mr ******* upon job completion which is mentioned again in our contract. We require a deposit upon Bid acceptance and the remaining balance in which is paid **upon Job Completion**. Mr ******* also stated that I was in agreement  that the job was not finished however that is false, I explained to Mr ******* that the job was completed in accordance with our contract and his concern was the slight gap between one of his post and the neighboring fence post (3-5 inches ) which was explained that we can not dig up his neighboring fence post to set his post in the same footer which would then tamper the structural integrity of his neighbors fence which does not belong to him and that would also hold CDP Fencing responsible. I Hope this addresses Mr. ******** concern But as previously stated the fence project was completed in line with the contract and scope of work.

    thank you,
