  Worst customer service! Sales office was a great experience with Garrett. But then our Butcher block was badly damaged but it did not show up until stained, while installed…..they REFUSED to so much as listen to me, look at the pictures, or send anyone to look at it. Just flat said, “once installed, we don’t cover a thing about it”. This came once I insisted on talking with someone higher up, and the foreign (very hard to understand) customer service person spent hours on the phone with me, requesting more and more pictures and telling me it would be taken care of. Then weeks later, after cabinets were installed, I contacted them because one of our mop/broom cabinets came with two shelves and the other on (exact same cabinet) only came with one. Pretty simple, right? Again, after initial call, the hard to understand customer service guy, known as Tyler, proceeded to keep me on the phone, emailed me several times, called me several times with more questions, wanting more pictures, etc. assured me it was suspose to come with two each and would send one immediately…….days later I get an email and ANOTHER call from him saying they only come with one…..wth! Just a constant run around! They will not take care of you once they have your money! It wasn’t cheap either! We spent over 24k and “if” we saved a little…..it’s not worth it. **** ******* sales are just as reasonable and they cover their stuff.

  Service was good, but what it came to finishing the installation the didn't include the touch up paint and putty. I called them and the stated that is would cost $13 a piece. After spending thousands of dollars they can't even give you a touch up kit.

  Cabinets to Go in Johnson City, TN…we ordered a bath vanity and top. We assembled the cabinet and one of th sides would no fit. We called and was told they would get another side, but we would have to pick it up at the store. They would not ship it. We live 1 1/2 hours away. Our remodel took longer than expected, so we didn’t try the top until after their 60 return. We had inspected it to be sure not damage. The cabinet wade made of 2 24” cabinets with a 12” cabinet with drawers between. The basins were off by 3 to 4 inches. Both basins rubbed the sides of the drawer cabinet. We called and texted several times to ask for a top that fit or our money back. They said since it was over 60 they would take the top back and charge a 25% restock fee. And we would have to bring the top back (another road trip). We have one message from them that says they sent the wrong top. When I said I said we could exchange for the correct top I got a message that said they don’t make a top for that style cabinet. I called the manager and asked why they sold a top they knew would not fit. He said the representative that day was new. I reminded him, yes, she was new and that he said he would help with our order. This has to be the worst experience we ever had with any company. I only gave 1 star because I had to give a rating.
