    SCAMMERS!!!! 17k for 2008 is hideous.....my gf and I kept asking the Mexican how much they were asking for the vehicle, he kept ignoring the question....long story short they never mentioned the asking price...gave them my down payment....same week the tire pressure light came on...ok no big deal...the next month it began to get hot outside...NO AC....and the passenger side blew out HEAT ....rode around all summer with no air. Boom Oct. It starts driving really SLOW and jerking....they always want you to bring it in to the shop but that's my only transportation...I told them to come get it...600+ every month is stressful and jenny is RUDE!!! Oh and the salesman Diego who "helped" me GAVE me ****** of **** before I left out of his personal vehicle....I want my down payment back ??

    I would never recommend this place to anyone.i lost my job because they sold me a lemon then I got behind on my payments and we were trying to send money everyday and we did stay in contact with them.thwn we did not receive any letters or repro forms in the mail that my car was being repossessed.after taking my car they are still charging me car payments

    Bought a car from here and it was a straight LEMON literally had mold In it and it even has water in the back floor board DONT BUY FROM HERE

    They have no morals or ethics, they sold us a car in July and still have not provided us with a tag. My 18 year old son in getting pulled over and the car comes back to a lady named Karen ***** M***** it’s not even registered to Family Auto. The dmv is saying they don’t show any paperwork submitted or pending with my sons name on it involving the car and advised us to return it and not do business with them. They have lied to us, ignored us, but still continued to take our payment every week for months. It’s sad that they would do this to an 18 year old kid who’s trying to start life on the right foot. What a sad, bad experience for his 1st big purchase. If we return the car it’s going to mess up his credit, but at this point it’s also not safe for him to drive. He’s a 6’4, black, almost 200lb 18 year old getting off work from 2nd shift in the middle of the night without a tag and the car comes back basically as stolen, registered to a lady named Karen. I wish I had read reviews before we went there because now I know of 5 other people going through the same thing so this isn’t a one time incident. Even worse is when we finally went to the dealership because they kept ignoring our calls the owner Jamie got an attitude with me instead of being apologetic about the incompetence and foolishness of all this and we got into a big argument where he called the police and blatantly lied and said I grabbed his wife. Apparently lying is also an ongoing problem for them. When the police got there they advised us to go to the dmv and also said they would advise us not to do business there as well.

    DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ALL THEIR CARS ARE LEMONS. I HAD 2 CARS WITH IN 30DAYS AND BOTH OF THEM WAS LEMONS. THEY CARS ARE OVER PRICED I ASKED FOR MY DOWN PAYMENT BACK THEY REFUSED BUT TRIED TO MAKE ME KEEP THE CAR!!!!! SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY DONT DO IT!!!!!!

    Worst place ever!!! They illegally repoed my vehicle and they have not returned any of my property which I have asked for several times. They are not doing legit business practice and cost me to have to replace keys and lost my job due to work supplies being in vehicle and unable to work without them!!! Believe me you do not want a car from them . And they will have you followed and take your car without proper paperwork. I call it gangster repo. They have my personal belongings and have failed me in resolving the situation. DO NOT BUY the warranty is fake as well.
