      I'm writing to express deep dissatisfaction with George Ford's recent vehicle purchase transaction. On 05-14-2024, I agreed to buy a certified preowned vehicle from them. Assured of a thorough inspection, I later discovered it hadn't occurred until after finalizing the purchase, suggesting deliberate deception. Subsequent issues with the vehicle, coupled with my trade-in remaining listed on their website, raise concerns of fraudulent activity. Attempts to address this with George Ford were met with dismissiveness. Their claim that the vehicle was sold before they had the title raises suspicion. Additionally, post-inspection, the vehicle was withheld for four days due to repairs. I urge an investigation into potential consumer protection violations. Sincerely, Robi

      Please do not use these people to repair your vehicle. I made an appointment a week ahead of the scheduled repair date to fix my work van. I told them which part I needed to have replaced (fuel gauge sending unit). I arrived 8:15am on the scheduled date and dropped off the van. Told them again I just needed the fuel sending unit replaced (fuel gauge always reads 0 - empty). I told them I already had the problem diagnosed. Just needed the part replaced. Six hours later I get a text. They had inspected the van and determined I needed a new fuel gauge sending unit. Imagine that. Amazing. I called the service department. My customer service agent ( they only let you talk to the one assigned to you) was out. I called 2 hours later, service agent still out. I called back and got a different service agent. I asked when the van would be repaired. They said they didn't have the part and it would take a day or two to get one in. I drove over to Coleman Ford and they told me the same thing, it would be at least another day, maybe two. - I made an appointment a week in advance so they would be prepared and fix it, that day. Their 'system' of taking a day to inspect before they repair is ridiculous. They said they don't even order parts until 4:00pm in the afternoon. No way they can fix it the same day. It is clear they do not care about their customers. This is my work van. No van and I don't work. - And the best part. I had to pay $221.26 for their inspection. My van is still broke. No gas gauge, and I am out $221.26. The bill includes $20 for 'shop' supplies that they would have used IF they had actually done any work on this van. - Customer service manager never apologized, never offered to overnight the part, nothing. He said this is how they run their business. This is normal for them. - I bought 2 vehicles there in the past and I live nearby. - I will never, ever go back there. Horrible business.
