    If I could leave 0 stars I definitely would. Our process from the beginning with this business was stressful and disappointing. I thought I was doing a service by giving business to local owners. I was regretfully wrong. This business should be ashamed of who they allow to represent them for customer service. We used them for our wedding rentals for the groom (myself) and 4 groomsman. While also referring 3 other attendees to them. 8 rentals total. Mind you we had two guys send in measurements through phone. We were assured by Patrick - the clerk, (110%) of the accuracy of the fitment. All of the items were way off in measurements when we received them. We ended up purchasing separate items from other stores and half of us couldn’t use the rental items. Instead of easily fixing this issue, the rep called us late at night (several hours after close) the night before the wedding, to argue with us on how we shouldnt be complaining, and that we would have to get over it. “There will be no refunds” Taking no initiative nor trying to assist us in anyway. He talked over us, never listened to what we had to say, and just chose to defend without comprehension. I’m typically an easy going guy, and give people the benefit of the doubt. This guy was nasty, childish and extremely disrespectful to us through the entire process. Even encouraging us to leave bad reviews, knowing it wouldn’t matter. After reviewing this business through google to help deter other bridal parties from this nightmare we experienced, he had them removed. I write this in hopes that others can be made aware, and that nobody has to experience the stress we had to experience the night before the wedding. I hope this reaches even one future groom. Thank you.
