    This entails several visits between ***** and December of 2022 just to try and get repairs completed on my truck. I went to them because they were one of the only places that accepted *** ******. C&C Automotive and *** ****** gave me nothing but a costly run around. Origin anally I left my truck with for repairs for 4 to 4 1/2 days. They were supposed to fix the drivers side power window and controls, fix the power steering, find the cause of the occasional short that effected starting the truck, air conditioning was not working properly, oil change and fix my radio that also stopped working. I would also intend to log a complaint against *** ******. I rented a *** because *** ****** was supposed to reimburse me for the cost. When I went in to pick up my truck they said *** ****** did not cover most of the repairs. I had been paying almost $80.00 dollars a month for the better part of 2 years and this was the first claim I ever had. I had what they called the platinum plan. Well, when I picked up my truck I found things were not working. The power locks did not work, dome lights had stopped working and a red air bag light was on in the middle of my dash. I ended up being locked out of my truck 2 or 3 times and stranded in a dark parking lot. They did not fix my radio, they did fix my air conditioner and my power steering but they said that *** ****** did not cover the power steering, air conditioning or my radio. Charged me $1,148.79, had to pay $400. *** rental out of pocket. I took it in for 4th time to hopefully get it fixed and I told them that I would have to wait for it, I sat there from about 10:30 am to almost 5:00 pm, came out and asked me if I needed a ride home, they thought I would be leaving it for a couple of days. I told them that I could not be with out transportation. Needless to say I still do not have those things fixed. The expenses and waisted visits. C&C Automotive and *** ****** ripped me off. Could not send receipt, I can fax it.
