      Purchased 344ft of Privacy fence wood panels with a 10 inch double gate and a pathway gate..per the written estimate the company owner ****** provided I was to pay for the materials and remainder balance due at completion of the job. Project was quoted ($7250 ($3250 Labor/$4000 Materials) and verbally inform to take only 1 day to install (Saturday 11/13/21 @ 8am), Paid RGF Fencing through company approved payment method (CashApp $3001 Materials on 11/12/21 @ 7pm and explained balance to be paid once onsite/install) within the hour company contacted me by text/cell to inform he was having some kind of problem retrieving the money from CashApp (money was drafted from account instantly) sent me multiple screenshots as well as phone calls and I explained I rather have my money back and company basically inform me to file a dispute with my bank?? After sending me his company UCC filing document and telling me I could have his title to his car and various other text correspondence as to why he cant send back the money? Company owner ****** called on 11/13/21 @ 10am verbally yelling saying he has done everything possible to refund my money but has not done so as of 11/17/21 9am, company was given until Monday 11/15/21 @ 10am and still has not attempted to return my money.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/11/17) */ The customer sent me funds too a **** app which sent too the wrong **** app, I told the customer many times on the account she sent it too that they have a ucc lein on the account and her funds are stuck. I told the customer I would proceed too her bank with her too show her her funds were not accessible. The customer then threatened me after she agreed too work with me, she then didn't send me the whole deposit for job which was 4,000. I have documentation of everything and my company has never done bad business Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/11/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It is not my fault this company is having financial problems with company identity being mixed with another company..the owner ****** ********* provided the CashApp information to be used via text messages and I have all correspondence with the company along with my response in asking for my $3000 to be returned and company has not made any attempt to make correct..therefore this owner ****** has fraudulent taken money and is pushing it on the bank to refund my money? Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/11/18) */ If you go threw the text my cash app I told customer too send it too is **********@yahoo.com which the cash app name is ***** *********. The cash app she sent it too is ****** *****. Customer disputed the funds threw her bank already so she's getting her funds back, she failed too meet agreement of contract which was deposit was for 4,000 in materials. And she failed too sign and return contract too me. This has too get figured out because I'm not loosing 3,000 because customer didn't follow directions as given. And she's already getting funds back threw her bank. I can provide company reviews my company has never received one bad complaint. This customer is literally causing more problems then which she should because she sent money too wrong cash app. Consumer Response /* (4200, 12, 2021/11/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Owner provided CashApp details and confirm he received the test amount of $1 to confirm it was indeed his account..I will pursue legal action for the return of the $3000 paid to this company.
