    I paid South Carolina Scholar Academy tuition fee for the week of August 6 to 10th, but they were not opened for business. I reached out to director on August 7th via phone and text who assured me that I would be refunded. I requested a refund through the cash app which was declined on August 23rd. I reached out to Ms Rucker who then told me that she had sold the school and no longer has access to the the school accounts . I requested the contact information for the new owner which she promised to provide, but has still not provided it or issued a refund. I have send multiple emails to the school email address, but have not received any response.
