    Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request your assistance in resolving an issue with Mattress Outlet West Columbia South Carolina store. On Tuesday, April 18, 2023, I worked with salesman Mr. Lawrence S****** to purchase a mattress from the store but was delivered a flimsy and extremely soft mattress instead of the firm one I had carefully selected in-store. Immediately I shared with the deliveryman, also Mr. S******, this was the incorrect mattress. Mr. S****** promised a satisfactory replacement but failed to follow through with his promises despite several attempts to reach him. I called the store on Friday, April 21, 2023, to speak with the manager and was informed by Mr. S****** that he was the manager, which I found odd as he had previously mentioned someone else as the manager. Such encounters have led to a loss of trust. Due to the dishonesty, lack of concern for customer satisfaction and failed resolution attempts, I requested a full refund and for the mattress to be retrieved from my home. Mr. S****** promised to retrieve the mattress first thing Saturday morning but failed to do so. Any business not willing to operate with integrity and esteem customer satisfaction, do not deserve my business. These measures and actions should not be needed for a company to honor customers. Thank you for your assistance in this matter. I hope you can oversee this matter for a quick resolution and honor my refund.
