    When trying to perform a simple transaction to terminate service, it has been a nightmare. You have to talk to multiple people and they never call you back and still collect money every month.

    Hi, I had a door to door young man sign me up for german roach control at my mother's house. I was told it was a month to month service for 4 or 5 months until the german roaches died. The contract was for 24 months which I was fine as long as the german roach issue was taken care of. This started in July 2023. I only had one german roach control visit which happened at the end of July 2023. I requested another 2 wks later because they didn't do the garage. They never showed up. They claimed I canceled the appointment and then they said no one was home when i spoke to them over the phone at the end of october 2023. They tried to schedule a visit at the end of October of 2023. During this whole time, my mother got very sick and died. I put the house on the market and sold it. As far as I'm concerned, they did not provide the services I requested and said they would do. One treatment of german roach is not enough. They lied and tried to have me pay for the rest of the contract since I want it to cancel. They took the rest of the money from my account and would like to be reimbursed. I am not the only customer they have done this to based on reviews.

    I believe that Evergreen Prest Solutions of Columbia is using predatory tactics to coerce customers into signing restrictive contracts. A salesman from this company came to our house late in the evening when my wife and I had a few drinks and sold us a pest service. We were concerned about the 24 month commitment for the contract and asked what would happen if we had to move for work, at which point we were assured that the contract could be exited. In additional, after the contract was signed the agent told us that there was nothing they could do about drain flies and told us to buy some cleaner on Amazon to correct the problem. They waited until after the contract was signed to tell us this. We are now about halfway through our 24-month contract, and attempted to exit the contract, only to be told that we would owe Evergreen Pest Solutions $400+ dollars just to cancel. The claim is that service was discounted by $400 to start. There was no explanation or justification given for the $400 discount, and seems only to serve as a predatory tactic with which to lock customers into a contract. I am seeking the ability to cancel my contract with Evergreen Pest Solutions without charge, and would like to make the BBB aware of these predatory business practices.

    I was charged for work that was never done. The Company agreed to drop my contract and agreed that I should not have been charged with a bill for $135.00 But, I kept getting a bill every month for the $135.00. And, when I called, I was told that it was a mistake and that I owed no money. On December 2, 2022, I recieved a notice from A.R.M collection agency attempting to collect on that bill that I did not own. I have contacted the collection agency and sent them the emails from Evergreen stating I had not contract and that I owed no money, but they seem to be delaying and reply. I just want this to end with no effect on my credit rating.

    Late Sept2022 started with evergreen paid 55$ Tried to cancel services 2days later but none of my calls were being returned, Tried calling for a week or two and still no returned calls…. I thought I was being scammed…. Cancelled my subscription through my bank Every green was still sending me monthly bills for 55$ a month for a one time service In September. After someone finally contacting me two months later they charged me with a cancellation. Fee of 250$ in December and charged me for another 55$ even after the cancellation fee for services not provided to me.
