    We gave the business a deposit for a pool liner in December 2022. We were told the liner would be installed in the spring of 2023. When that didn't happen, we were told that the owner had employee issues and was a couple of months behind on the installs. Of course, the owner has a "real job" Monday through Friday and does not respond until you have called or texted several times. She will not speak with you, only communicates via texts. Every time we ask about the installation of the new liner, we are put off. This has been going on entirely too long and these people need to have their business shut down! Do I think we will ever get our money back, NO!

    In January of 2023 we contacted Tony Pleasanton owner of Swimming Pool Vinyl Pros LLC to get a quote on our pool repairs. June 11th 2023, Tony came back out and a contract was signed (image below)! We picked out the liner we wanted and paid through Zelle to 803-609-1676 the deposit (image below)! Between June and October 2023 multiple texts were sent in discussion to the repairs and replacement. Tony was booked and told us he may have to continue in spring 2024 via telephone! During the time period of the wait, some of Tony’s crew came out and began taking out the old liner and getting it prepared for work. Due to this more damage was caused. The last time we heard from Tony was October of 2023! Since he told us that he would get it done around February/March, we decided to call him February 16th only to get a message saying we’re sorry the number you have dialed is either changed disconnected or no longer in service. After trying to contact him on the only 2 numbers we have for him (the business and his personal) 803-767-9476 and 803-587-4449, we drove to his place of business. That is when we found out the business is not longer running (images below), checked his company reviews and learned we are not alone. Not only do I want a refund but compensation for the damages left behind for an unfulfilled contract that was broken.

    On January 25, 2023 we paid the business $1966.50 as the initial down payment to replace our pool liner. It's been more than one year since that moment and nothing has been done except that we chose the liner we wanted. Nothing else has been done. But when we do call we're lucky if anyone answers the phone and if we leave a message, no one ever returns the calls. We did speak with the wife a few times and she told us a litany of reasons why they have not replaced our liner from heart attacks to crews walking out to crashing a truck, etc. We've tried to be understanding because we know Life throws curve balls. But there is no reason to not return our calls and just recently we called and the phone was disconnected. Hence our decision to contact the BBB. Their website is still up advertising their work: *********************************************** We want them to either replace our liner ASAP or refund us in full ASAP, so we can hire someone who will get the job done. It has now been more than a year of excuses. In the year we've been waiting the liner has come unattached from the pool in places and is sagging. We don't want to hurt their business but we need the pool finished ASAP or a quick refund. Enclosed you will find the contract and a photo of the pool. Thank you for your help in this matter.

    We signed a contract for this company to replace our pool liner on April 11, 2023 and paid $3,400.00 for the liner up front. We were told it would take around 2 months to fix. It is now December 2023 and neither the contractor, Anthony "Tony" P********* nor the owner, Julie S******* will respond to texts, calls or emails. The google reviews has at least 6 other people saying the same thing. These people are crooks and are taking peoples hard earned money. They need to be stopped. We have no liner, a drained pool and a hole in the bottom of it from where they came and "measured" the day they got the check. Please help.

    This is what was emailed to me , he picked up a printed copy with my wet signature along with the check. I can send a copy of the cashed  check from *********** if needed. Thank you
