            All Coast Air Conditioning and Heating LLC, aka Southern Air Conditioning and Heating has been assigned my service case for HVAC repair since February 2021. They have been out to the house about 10 times, always telling me to wait 6-8 weeks for a part and then never returning again until I start calling again. You usually cannot get an answer on the phone from them. Sometimes you cannot leave a message, but when you can they do not call back. Now, as of last week, they tell me they have asked AHS, my warranty company to transfer my ticket to a different contractor because they don't work on my type of system and that I will hear back from them or AHS in a few days. Today I called AHS who has no record of them asking to transfer my ticket and AHS says they've never even documented what they have done on the ticket. I just want my HVAC repaired.

            This company is awful. They are assigned by American Home Shield which too is awful. Beware, if you schedule a Pre-season Heating Service. I have three systems and from the time they pulled up curbside they were not at my house for more than 10-minutes. No way it takes less than 10-minutes to get out of the vehicle, introduce your self, locate the units and perform the pre-season check for three (3) systems. A total scam and zero response from both parties.
