    I submitted my wife's(***** **********) tax return in early May to be filed. After a few weeks I asked for updates on the completion of the taxes. I informed by her staff the return was completed and waiting on a review from Mrs., A*******. I've made many attempts to speak with Mrs. A******* directly but, all calls have been cancel. I was told by the staff I couldn't speak with Mrs. A******* until the review was done and they don't know when this would be completed .I haven't heard from Mrs. A******* to date concerning my wife's return. I would like to speak with Mrs.A*******

    The policy at D Hart Accounting is to get the returns prepared by our preparers then the return is reviewed by me.  When tax documents are received after the April deadline, the preparation and review occurs on a first come first serve basis and is only guaranteed to be completed October deadline. I'm sorry for any inconveneince that this has caused. I haven't called Mr. ********** back because I don't have any additional updates to provide than my staff has already. And phone calls from me are reserved for clients that are ready to review their return (when needed). All other calls are paid consultations. It is never our intention to upset any client.  In the 20+ years of operating, I don't think we have never had a BBB complaint.  This is disheartneing that it had to come to this. We understand our policy may not work for everyone, but this is the policy that we've set in place to make sure we maximize our limited human resources.

    I've Mrs. ********** via email to confirm her mailing address so that we can mail her tax documents back to her.  We will not be providing any services.
