    These people got $24,000 from me for a GMC Yukon I’ve only had it 10 months and I’ve already replaced a transmission costing $6,000 in march and now it needs a new engine and has been in the shop 3 weeks now while I pay a truck payment still.. they also lied about the mileage which did not match the car facts. Leaving me to believe they drove it around before it was sold to me. DON’T BUY FROM THEM

    I purchased a truck from Premier Plus Motors without seeing it in person, and upon receiving it, I discovered several issues. Sam, the owner, and Jonathan, the salesman, were unaware of these problems. I realized I had acted hastily in my decision. After informing them about the issues, they responded that they would not have allowed the truck to leave their lot had they known about the problems. Since arriving at the dealership at 9:40 AM, Sam offered me the keys to his BMW and suggested I go get lunch. When I returned, he asked for my lunch receipt and gave me $20. He assured me that he would fix all the issues with the vehicle and expressed his apologies for the inconvenience. I also received a five-year powertrain warranty. Overall, I found Premier Plus Motors to be fair, professional, and honest. I would recommend Sam and Jonathan for anyone looking to purchase a used car.

I can disclose that we have spoken with you multiple times in regards to this matter and have discussed the reason as to why your vehicle was repossessed. We also gave you an option to redeem the vehicle unfortunately due to privacy laws again I cannot disclose that on this response.

    Found this dealership while scrolling through social media, I have to say all of the employees there treated me very kindly and were extremely helpful. I did wind up buying my car from them and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a quality used vehicle.

    They are the biggest liars and crooks. They are trying to find ways to repo my car when I have not missed or been late on a single payment just so they can resell it because they are crooked. I am filing a lawsuit against them for harassment and the things they are trying to do I have all the proof that I have never been one day late on a single payment. The owner calls and text me and threatens to take my car every week and I do not know why and I’m feeling helpless.
