    AC went out May 21st, 2024 - they refuse to fix it & wont bring out units. Had to spend $400 on our own units to make the apartment stay below 80° for the safety of our pets & eachother. Basically a pond has accumulated on our porch due to the leakage from window units. Shower water comes out brown & there is a hole in the wall around the faucet, causing water to get into the walls. Water gets turned off to complex without warning. Roaches, yellow jackets and gnats infestation on the interior of apartments. Unsafe conditions such as railings falling apart & leaving exposed nails. Trash everywhere in front of complex leading to doors and stairwells. Apartment manager declines & ignores phone calls & emergency line phone calls. Doesn’t return calls or send help when needed. Is extremely rude & would rather yell in your face than provide assistance. Maintenance people are NOT certified or real maintenance people - they are just winging it. The list goes on & on !! It’s one thing after the other & we are miserable. We JUST moved here in March !! We just want help - we have tried every route besides a lawyer (which is our next step). We don’t know what to do anymore !!

    I applied for an apartment at ********* ****** Albany, GA, on July 8, 2024. I paid a $50 application fee + $1.34 convenience fee. I called the complex almost every day, several times for 10 days. No one answers, always voicemail. I had to find another place so I withdrew my application via email. I asked to be refunded. The leasing manager finally emailed, after 2 weeks, and said she couldn't do that. I even reached out to the Regional Manager. Nothing. I was trying to just be refunded and move on without having to escalate it. I can't donate $51.34 to a business that has more money than me. Especially when I was not provided a service. That's not right.

    I applied for an apartment in March. I got approved but decided not to sign the lease. I paid the fees of $600 and never moved in. Nobody refunded me my money nor has been returning my calls. I have copies of my money order and when western Union traced it they stated that it had been cashed. I would like for someone to refund me my money before I have to go any further with actions.
