I am rejecting this response because:
I was treated very poorly and i was a paying customer. When I took it back to them to let them know that something was wrong they let it sit there a week never moved it and then told me it was my alternator which it was not they we just giving false diagnose to make me leave and shut up. They thought I was going go away and not report this i was treated poorly.

I am rejecting this response because:

They put a motor in my car put old parts on never contacted me as to what they where doing now the exhaust manifold is messed up on there behalf and carshield which is my warrenty says this crappy place is held responsible because they broke it. It has been taken to to places and checked and ruled that they did the damage but they are so low down they hate to admit there crappy work. But best believe its only the beginning my car has a new motor with old parts still not drivable somebody going pay and it wont be me. Read this carefully tell who you want to I dont care. Im a different type customer when it comes to my money and my personal belongings and I will be talked to like a Human being not just like a tramp off the street dont get it twisted Educated and I know how and when to Handle Business so I say please stay Woke and Ready because Im Ready Willing And Very able to get this situation settled.

They never informed me of what they where doing they replaced the motor but put old parts and then broke the exhaust manifold which was not broken when it was taken to the shop if it was broke why would you put broke parts back on a new motor and not contact the owner let it make sense
