CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NEEDS TO GET THESE OUTLAWS SHUT DOWN!! My husband is so upset over this entire ordeal. He had ONE yes that is correct ONE payment left and even checked with this company and they agreed!! Someone stopped the bank auto draft when husband probably brought it to their attention!!? So when the last draft did not get automatically paid the payment became LATE whereas NO ONE not so much as even called him or sent him a ANY type of communication. Just crickets. So now all this interest is now DUE because they say the payments were not all made within the agreed time frame and that the original terms of the agreement/loan were mute and Now ALL MONEY IS DUE NOW!!!! I am getting collection calls along with my husband getting them. they are not even willing to break from their script and just ask for a payment because they are doing their job and have mouths to feed too. But the lack of everything that is human with this Shell of a LLC is disturbing. WOW talk about violations! The FTC is my next stop and non stop calls that are coming to my phone in bursts of time periods will stop!! I am cut off and hung up on when I try to say that I am hereby notifying them to cease all calls and that is against the law to keep calling and harassing us but they hang up before I can say anything. I have also received calls in the evening and since FEW people have my number or even call me I can tell the number is a made up number so I do not answer. It will go on for about 2 or 3 days then no more calls. Then a week or two weeks later it starts up again. Going through the alphabet I suspect. I have had enough of these harassing people that I am disgusted with. THIS is very scary for me because now that I have LOAN SHARKS calling me and my husband they are probably going to retaliate and screw our credit up and report LIES to the credit bureaus. I just pray that something or someone can help us.
