      Dates- 5/31/24 to 6/2/24 ************** we have ever stayed in. Room is filthy, sheets are dirty and stained. Dirty as in still had food crumbs from ppl before us. I spoke to front desk and asked if they cleaned the room before we checked in and he said that they do not provide room cleaning unless it is requested. So I asked him "So does that mean that the room did not get cleaned after ppl that stayed here before us left and he answered and said NO. THAT IS UNSANITARY, THIS IS B.S...

      This was a the dirty filthy hotel room. So bad I refused to stay for all my booked days Look at the photos which do not do the room justice. ******** did not work, ****** smelled like mold. See enclosed photos. Door key card did not work had to have it rescanned every time we enter the room on the first day.When I contacted the front desk and told them we were not staying for the the entire 4 days were were leaving in the AM, we were told we would be charged for all 4 days. I explain to them I was not be paying for a room in this condition for days I was not staying in it.
