    This contractor is a crook. I hired Landon the owner to do dirt work and ready a site so he could pour concrete. He said that the concrete would be done by the end of October 2024. He started the work three weeks late and by the second week of November wasn't even close to pouring. He also changed the details of the work that I had agreed to which caused me more than three thousand dollars and in the end held my down payment for over two weeks. When it was said and done he kept $3600.00 dollars for twelve hours of work. Extremely dissatisfied and because of him not finishing on time he screwed me and the contractor who was lined up to build the building. Now my materials have to be delivered and will have to sit out in the snow until spring. The owner doesn't return phone calls and is the worst contractor I've ever dealt with he should not be in business.

    The most unprofessional job I've ever had done in my life. The owner never sent me an invoice for the materials that were used. He just made up a fictional number and when pressed about the invoice he told me not to worry about it.
