    This hotel charges a hotel parking fee but DOES NOT tell the customer about this fee until after they've charged your credit card. So...if you DO NOT park here, you must tell them or they will charge you a fee whether you parked there or not. It's an unfair business practice. Incidentally.... since I travel a lot I don't often check those travel fees but I specifically remember the hotel rate and knew there was an error. I requested a copy of my receipt on the Hilton App and they never responded. They did refund my charge when I called the hotel and complained and that is where I found out that Jesse (who answered the phone) they arbitrarily charge these fees unless the hotel staff are told about this. Again... an unfair business practice. This should be advertised on their website and more importantly they should not assumed that every person that stays at this hotel is parking at this hotel!
