First of all, this website keeps defaulting to Premier Equipment ** ******* **. The work was done at Premier Equipment in ****** **. The dates of service are 4/28/21, 3/24/22 and 1/6/23. Having to take our Bobcat **** skid steer to get repaired for the same issue 3 times in less than 2 years is ridiculous. The total amount paid has been $******** Only 88 hours were put on it between the 3 dates. The issue is with the throttle cable coming loose. Why would the washers come loose this often. Maybe there should have been a recall for this issue. It seems as if they want a customer to keep coming back for more repairs so they can make more money. There are a few issues that took place on 1/6/23. I arrived to pick the skid steer up on 1/6/23 and the scoop was not attached. I asked Wade, the service manager, where it was. He asked if I left it at home. Excuse me, but I would not be asking where it was if I left it at home. I finally found it. It makes me wonder if they used it to move snow on their property. They were supposed to replace a leaking hydraulic line on the right side. This had not even been fixed. They claimed it was not leaking. After convincing them it was leaking, they replaced it. Wade said he 2 hours of labor off the bill. I question if this is true. The reason being that the hours of labor are not on the bill. How does a customer know if they are being charged right or being ripped off? Their response is always it goes by book rate. This is not a good business practice. They should be honest with the customer when a customer asks what the hourly labor rate is.
