    Froze my account after about a week due to lack of address verification, was told to fax in a recent utility bill and did so, after 2 days the card was still not unlocked and I called again, only to be told my address verification cannot be completed over fax, and I will need to print out a bill and mail it to the South Dakota address, they would not give me a solid answer on why, even through they won't let me use the card until I confirm my address they sure can take the payment for the 75 dollar fee it cost to open to card. Should have known better than to sign up which such a poorly rated card.

    I got an offer in the mail stating I was “pre-aproved” for 1500 and then received 350 so I immediately called to cancel it and still received it in the mail with a pending charge (their annual charge). I know I qualified for the “initial prequalified” amount because I opened an account through Experian for 2k shortly after. 350 is a joke and lying to potential customers is a horrible way to conduct business! I called again and explained that the account should’ve been voided because I did not activate it and it should’ve been closed before there was a chance to disburse it. I was told it was canceled again with a zero balance and should receive a letter in the mail. IF, not then I’ll be reporting it to more than just the BBB. ** If you’re looking through comments to decide on whether this company is worth exploring. I highly encourage you to keep looking and not take the risk with this company.

    I paid my full balance on the account and a week after a fraudulent transaction in "Google" was made using my card. I called the bank to report the issue, cancelled the card and opened a claim. Almost two weeks after this I called the bank to check on the status of the claim and no one knew anything, the system was not even updated and the transaction remained on my balance. After speaking with several people I was finally transfer to a supervisor in the claim department. This individual explained that it would take up to 3 months for the bank to clear the transaction that I didn't make... and After I paid the whole balance I was still showing a minimal payment due to the balance on the card which was part of the claim. Not so a good service. Never ever Blaze!

    Blame MasterCard is the worst credit card company I ever dealt with and I’ve dealt with plenty others credit card it just be straight up if you know what you’re doing shouldn’t take me forever if you know what you’re doing you’re not use your tongue around the head of it and and and go up and down and and spoken, and turning to teach you this, you don’t know none of that. I gotta teach you , but you don’t teach shit like you 60 years old old guy should’ve talked to some. They just wanted some. The customer service is the rudest experience of customer service I’ve ever encounter. I was trying to talk to the supervisor there and they were so rude the following month then she in up charging me a monthly maintenance fee of $6.25 per month they stated. I asked them why the try to say that Crip and said they sent out a letter to inform me that which I never received to be $6.25 and additional to $75 Annual year fee. And they still wanted an additional $6.25 a month, unbelievable Blaze Credit call company I’ve called him recently and told him if they couldn’t takeoff the $6.25. I wanted to close my account un to them allow me to close my account but continue Charging me $6.25. I ‘ve now contacted and Attorney to go after them for please do not use this company Ever!! Under any circumstances whatsoever you will regret it at the end and at the beginning.

    The first strike was I made a payment and it took them nearly 2 weeks for it to credit My account. The second strike was they drop my credit limit.I recently closed my account because I noticed on the portal that my available limit has changed from 700 to 350. Then I received my mail that was stating that my limit went from 700 to 350 because there was a change in my credit score. I never asked for an increase. It hasn’t even been six months since I’ve had this card so there was not a reason for them to request credit info on my name nor a reason to run my credit. When I asked why did they run my credit? They informed me that Trans Union automatically report it to them so I decided to pay my bill and close the account. I’ll never do business with them again and I want to inform others of the things that they do.

    Try to entice you with a $1500.00 credit limit or even $2500.00, I heard. Once you submit the application, you will be given $350 credit limit! It is a joke! They offer you %1000 to get you to fill out the application and open an account, so they can get their fees and make money off of you. Knowing they are not going to give you a $1500.00 credit limit, definitely not $2500.00. Ran my credit, affected my credit score because they want to deceive people to get you to open an account. I canceled the same day I was accepted, only to be told to wait, my credit limit might be raised BUT that cant be done until the account is open...go figure. So, I feel for it again, after the account was opened THERE WAS NO CREDIT INCREASE, IT WAS DENIED. I called in and let them have it and canceled everything. My life is not a game and I don't work hard everyday for people to play with it. Blaze is a joke credit card out to get people. Deserves a minus, negative rating.

    Dont get this card they will charge you before you’re even get the card or use it. 49-75 annual fee. So before card arrives or your use it if you do not pay this will get charged $25 late fee. If you get card plan on paying approx $100 without even touching card.

    If I couls give them a zero I would. It's the worst credit card company ever. They have been calling my husband for over 3 months now telling him that he has been using his credit card for various purchases. I have told them that he never received it, he has told them that he never received the card. He finally got another phone call today from then and told them he was disputing everything. He has also told them if he hears from them again that he was calling a lawyer.

    In checking my credit history, I see that this company ran my credit history. I never applied for anything from them and have no idea how they got my information. In the event some fraud has occurred, I will be contacting the attorney general of my state.

    Horrible customer service, I called January 6th 2024 told them I am disabled and don’t have any income since September 2022 I paid off the balance and asked them to close the account which they came back saying what if I lower the interest rate lol ahh No!!! Then 3 weeks later I get a letter that my payment is $95.00 wtf!!!! Spend 32 min on the phone on Jan 23 2024 with Becky Jessica the supervisor and another Manager because Jessica shouldn’t be a Supervisor she is horrible Inhuman and Rude!!! The last manager took care of what Jessica could’ve and Should’ve Stay away from these Crooks!!
