      Yes, lower your monthly fee••• Lower your random APRS • every month it's something different even though I never made a purchase on it in over a year••• my minimum payments have been $30 I've always paid $50 every month••• my account should have been paid off right now, except it's a year later .&&. all I have t0o show from giving you, $100 here .&&. $50 there... for over a year... is $100 credit out of $700!!! I have the screenshots .&&. receipts••• good thing t0o cause looks like you changed your app now to where I cannot see my full statements••• y'all are a scam••• .&&. I'm trying to save lives••• you won't get another dime from me••• you cannot legally I already paid you off .&&. your interest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Working with this company to help my credit had a card for years no issue they offer me additional card it was helping my credit but they never sent the card ask for new one nothing showed after two failed attempts @ a card they closed my account for there own issues not mine and they intentionally hurt my credit and will do nothing to make it better

      applied for this card thinking it would boost my credit score. They closed my account for no valid reason never missed a payment but the account has been closed for over a year and they are still making remarks and made my credit go down again

      Called me 3-4x a day when I was past due. But when a payment didn't go through to reach a the report deadline. Not a word. They tried to make the payment before I was paid and didn't call me. I called them the day it was supposed to go in and then said it was setup for the 5th. I originally had it set for the 4th, the day I called. I told it make it on the statement by one person and told differently by another. Now I've got to wait another month for it reflect on my credit and interests rolled over. Doesn't feel like they are trying to help me build my credit.

      PLEASE NEVER GET THIS CREDIT CARD• I HAVE BEEN PAYING MINE OFF FOR OVER A YEAR NOW .&&.       I paid the 95$ program fee the transaction was processed on the account as soon as the next couple of days I go to the grocery store to use my card it kept declining so I called my card they suspended my account so I call customer service they told me that it was fraud associated with my address I’ve lived at my place of residence for the past five years no one has used my address I’m pissed right now I’ve never had credit company did that to me before so I couldn’t even buy groceries because of that I have wait from 3-5 days for them to look at my verification I already don’t like this credit card company

      I have been a customer of Premier Bankcard since February 2024 and scheduled auto-debit payments from my bank account. Recently, I discovered that Premier Bankcard has not been reporting these monthly payments to the credit bureaus as promised. After paying off 90% of my balance, I began receiving statements indicating no payments had been made, and Premier Bankcard started reporting late notices to the credit bureaus, which adversely affected my credit score. I obtained a copy of my payment history from my bank, clearly showing consistent, on-time payments. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue through Premier Bankcard's customer service, I have not received satisfactory assistance or resolution. As a consumer, I believe I am entitled to accurate and timely reporting of my payments, and Premier Bankcard’s failure to do so is unacceptable. I also attempted to file a dispute online and upload my bank statements as proof, but the process was unsuccessful because Premier Bankcard claimed they do not have my phone number or email address on file. Frustrated by the lack of resolution, I have cancelled my card and auto payment effective immediately.

      I get at least 10 calls a day from numbers associated with this company. The thing is, I don’t have a card with them, nor have I ever. I checked my credit report, so I know it’s not a case of fraud, but they won’t leave me alone, nights and weekends included. If they treat their non-customers this poorly, imagine how bad it is for the actual customers.

      This is the worst company ever, I paid my bill on the 25th of October with my checking account, they took the money but holding it for 20 days. I have bills I need to pay on time and they are messing me up with my rent. I am going to close this account with them and will never ever use them again in life you are horrible and do not care about your members at all. What a horrible experience never again.
