    I have purchased a plan some time ago used them once and now they will not answer phone. i paid approx. $3700 for a warranty that i cant use. how can i get help?

    All numbers connected to this business are no longer active. Paid $1600 for a warranty. I looked up the business before hand and had decent reviews. Now 4 years later and no way to co tact the business.

    Purchased a warranty in 2020. I have never filed a claim but I'm experiencing some mechanical issues and wanted to discuss them with Patriot Warranty. All phone numbers that were provided to me and any additional that I was able to track down, all lead to wrong numbers. How can I reach this company by phone?

    In November 2020, I made a payment of $1800 to Patriot Warranty for a 4-year coverage with 50,000 miles. The warranty was supposed to be valid until December 2024. However, when I took my vehicle for repairs in May 2024, the dealership informed me that Patriot Warranty does not exist and is actually a fraudulent company. To my dismay, the phone number provided in 2020 now belongs to a medical device company, and the current phone number listed on their website, with extensions 1, 2, 3, or 4, only leads to voicemail. Despite leaving multiple messages, I have not received any call back. Concerned about this situation, I decided to check the reviews on BBB and search for information about Patriot Warranty. To my dismay, I discovered that many other individuals were facing the same issues as me, confirming that this business is indeed a scam. Throughout this ordeal, I have kept all the emails from the representative who assisted me during the purchase, Benjamin M*****

    Paid 1800$ for a warranty the doesn't exist to scammers. Fake phone numbers and contact doesn't exist.

    Robert Z Paid in full back in for 5 years. On January, 2021. Had a rear oil seal leak in 2022, they did cover the cost. Now have another problem cannot anyone!!

    We purchased a warranty with Patriot Warranty. They will not answer phone calls and will not return phone calls. Very disappointing.

    Great sadness that selfishness and greed has taken the place of integrity, honesty and self respect. You took advantage of hard working citizens, but justice will be served to every individual that played a part in this situation. No one gets away with anything and you will reap what you sow. Our family will move forward and put this behind. May God have mercy on your souls.

    I paid $2600.00 for a warranty that doesn't seem to exist. They have no response to calls what so ever. This is a rip off. Filing a complaint with the South Dakota Attorney General.
