      Will never buy anything from there again. We bought a cutch and chair from there. It has broke twice since we bought it. Called for service to get it fix took 3 weeks. Now, we called 3 weeks ago to get it fixed. At that time, they said they didn’t have the schedule for September out yet. They called today 8/28, said they would not be out for another 3 weeks. Buyer beware!!!!!!

      I ordered 2 recliner chairs. They had them on clearance in the store but I was willing to pay more for new. They said delivery of 6-8 weeks, took 9 1/2 weeks. Chairs were delivered and it was the same fabric I ordered but the chairs/mechanism and movable headrest were different - it was a lessor quality chair all around. Plus the two supposedly identical chairs were different sizes. Called customer service twice, called the manager and sales person was supposed to get back to me. He couldnt understand why I was upset after being out almost ***** dollars. She didnt get back to me. They kept passing the buck around. They let you order from the floor model but then deliver lessor value/quality furniture to you. They are rip off and scam artists in my opinion.

      Frequent buyer from this store. I always received excellent customer service. Unfortunately their delivery department is subpar with the expectation of service. They decided to not deliver one of the items of my purchase and informed me that they were gonna deliver it two days later to unfortunately there were no notes on my account. Very disappointed and I will no longer be purchasing anything from this company.

      Poor customer service with delivery department. I had to reschedule delivery multiple times, delivery assured me I would get a return phone call about a potential Saturday last minute delivery. No call. I bought a coffee table with a drawer that doesnt slide, I called and scheduled an appointment for a technician to look at it. My property manager let him in my building, he refused to come in the lobby and said he had something else to do. This interaction was on camera, which I watched the video. He had my written permission to enter my apartment. I regret buying all of my furniture from them. The delivery men who delivered my other furniture spoke in Spanish in front of me. The only time they spoke to me in English directly was to ask for a beer. They were both rude and disrespectful. I called and complained about the no show for my coffee table, I was giving a 75 credit to use in their store. Really? I wont spend another dime in this store. I am really disappointed, the 2 salesman were happy to help me get my credit increased and pick out furniture. The kindness and professionalism stopped there.
