      We have been getting billed for something we don't have and we have repeatedly tried to contact the billing department for an explanation and we get none. Numerous calls unreturned, letters ignored. They sent the bill to collections despite us not even knowing what it is for. They are super *******!!

      Dear Customer:
      I wanted to thank you, first, for choosing Sanford EQUIP as your medical equipment provider.  Our interactions between you and your daughter (Danielle) date back to 10/14/2022, through a few escalated discussions and both a call and an email placed on 02/18/2023, we’ve attempted to let you know this balance has been rectified.  In each discussion there wasn’t a reference to any approved discounts beyond what insurance allows and dictated patient responsibility, but your current balance reflects a $0 due to Sanford EQUIP.

      These balances have been adjusted to $0 under the consideration under the financial assistance application approved through the business office for Sanford’s Hospital and Clinic billing.  As we should note, the business offices for the two respective services are separate, but documentation can be shared between them with appropriate discussion.  You can find this specific communication in the previously referenced email sent to ************************* from the manager of the billing department, however, we also wanted to help you understand that we've ensured this hasn't negatively impacted your credit rating, score, or standing.
