      Last month I called to make my credit card payment of 41.00. The payment went through and the employee said thank you for making your monthly payment. She told me since I called and made the payment I wouldn't need to worry about the payment that was set up on auto pay. Well the very next day that credit card company processed another payment for the same amount. When I called them to tell them I already paid she said sorry but she couldn't return the 2nd payment. So I called my bank to stop the payment because it would have put my regular account in the negative and I also would have been hit with a overdraft fee. My bank was able to stop that process because it didn't go through all the way. Today I made my payment again on the app and noticed that Revvi charged me a 30.00 fee for the payment I stopped that never should have happened in the first place because they already got the payment that day before. This is really shady business practices and they are just Tacking on fees for their mistakes. I have called to try and get them to remove fees for a something that should have never been charged in the first place. I have attached both my bank statement that shows they got their payment and I have also attached the credit card statement that also shows they got 2 payments ,one refund payment back to my bank and then the charged of 30.00 fee on a returned payment that should have never been taken in the first place. They need to remove the 30.00 fee . This is shady business practices and I can only imagine how many people they have do this too.

      I will Accept there offer but the fact that they are still lying and saying that I wasn't told a payment was due. They sent a text message 3 times on December 2nd saying a payment was due and to login to their app or call customer service to make a payment. The exact message was 

      Revvi Visa Card: A friendly reminder your payment is coming due. Log in at *********** or call ************ to make your payment. To stop texts reply STOP

      this is a copy and pasted message that I received on Dec 2 2023.

      I want them to admit what they did and I'm sure they are doing it to several others the same way they did it to me. It's just another way to steal from people. I called their office 3 times in each time they basically told me that they can take what they want and then turn around and charge high fees because I didn't allow them to take my hard earned money. People need to start fighting back when company's like this one steals hard earned money.

      I paid out the account balance on my Revvi credit card on November 30th. Someone has tampered with the Revvi payment and made up a past due on the account. I have no past due balance and the credit union did not return my payment--there's nothing wrong at the credit union. Someone has a computer app made by the US government to ruin credit card accounts like Revvi and other credit card accounts that I had. This has become a problem with any credit card that I use, someone bothers the payment with an app and then make up fees on the account to make the card useless.

      This letter is in response to the complaint regarding a Revvi Visa credit card account.
      Revvi located the account in your name opened in November 2022. The account has been used for
      purchases and payment has been received.


      Our investigation found that on November 30, 2023, the payment for $243.98 was scheduled using the
      website. The payment successfully posted to your account that same day.


      On December 4, 2023, the payment was returned by the bank marked as unable to locate and a letter was
      sent to you advising you of the return. No additional payments have been received


      Documents would be needed to show that the payment from November 30 ,2023, did clear your bank
      account. A copy of your bank statement showing the payment cleared the account and a running balance
      total.


      In the absence of any evidence of errors in our processing of the payment we would be unable to now
      post a payment and remove the delinquency on the account.

      This letter is in response to the complaint regarding a Revvi Visa credit card account.
      Account records found that on November 22, 2023, an agent did contact you about the account.
      During the conversation, you informed the agent you were unable to discuss the account at that
      time. On November 24, 2023, an agent did contact you again about the account. During this call,
      you stated you had already spoke with someone two days prior which was a violation. You also
      requested the account closed and that the account balance be settled. Your account was closed on
      November 24, 2023.


      Our investigation identified that the agent on November 22, 2023, missed coding the account that
      we spoke to you which caused us to reach out to you again. This was an oversight by the agent and
      the necessary actions have taken place to address this.


      Your request to settle the account has been forwarded to our Operation Management team who will
      be in contact with you to discuss the options.

      I applied for the credit card and was approved. I selected the option to pay the program fee over 3 payments of about $31 every two weeks starting on 11/17/23. I was alerted that they took the full $95 program fee from my bank account without permission. They stole money from me without permission to do so and now I am out $95 because of it. They were never authorized to take the money from my account on 11/8/23.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not authorize the payment to be made in one payment. I specifically selected the 3 payments and input what dates I wanted each payment to be taken out, starting on 11/17/2023 because that was the date of my next paycheck, and continuing every 2 weeks until the amount was fully paid off. This is a complete lie that I authorized the one-time payment. It took over 2 weeks to get my money back yet I was told 7-10 days. My account went into the negative and I had no money for a week and a half because of this. I also was short that money for other bills and now am facing late fees on those bills because of this unauthorized payment. I am not the only person to be scammed by this company. See attached screenshots of just a couple of the complaints that this company is a fraud, all within just the last couple of months.

      We apologize for the inconvenience the processing of the payment scheduled created.  We can only verify that on the account records, the $95.00 payment was scheduled to be processed on November 8, 2023.  Once you requested the account closed the return of the fee was requested and completed December 5, 2023.

      I applied for a credit card in which $95.00 was to be paid for an account activation fee. I paid the $95.00 online with a debit card, then called to activate the card. The automated system stated my card was activated. The card was declined at a grocery store, so I called the phone number to inquire about the issue. Both the rep and the supervisor (Isaiha X16) and they stated they had no record of my account, and refused to give me a refund.
