    Price was marked incorrectly on the sign compared to actually price....not by a little bit but by $8....which may not seem like a lot but we're not all made of money and when I contacted them to correct it with a picture of the sign and the wrong amount they flat out said the sign is wrong lol and tough luck

    The customer came into the store to purchase a product. The employee educated the customer the product was marked incorrectly and advised her of the correct pricing. Employee then asked the customer if she still wanted to purchase the item, the customer then agreed to the purchase and price, presented payment, and left establishment with product. Comment of "sign was wrong lol and tough luck" is incorrect, I have screen shots of the conversation to prove what was said. I can provide information if you desired. Actual comment that was said was, and I quote,

    Customer: Hey I was there earlier today and bough 2 red prince weigela and was looking and the receipt now the sign in front of the plant said 36.90 and they were rung up as 44.90? Was wondering if they difference can be credited back to my debit card I used?

    Tree Farm:The correct price is 44.90 sorry they did not update the sign when we got a new shipment in last month. Prices have changed due to freight.

    Customer: Wow ok then

    Tree Farm: I spoke with my employee and she said she made you aware of the price before you purchased the items.

    Customer: I asked about the 19.99 I saw on the tag because I thought that was the price and she said that was for a smaller container that u don't sell, never told me 44.90 just told me the total price of 93.84...that's my fault for not being good at math and not wanting to confrontational I assume the prices were marked correctly...it's whatever, I would just recommend fixing the sign because that is 100% false advertising

    Tree Farm: I'm sorry you feel this way. It is not at all false advertising, it is simply a mistake, that my employee educated you of before you made the purchase. I stand behind my employee and fully believe she educated you of the correct price before you presented payment. I'm sorry for the confusion.

    Customer also made a negative review of the company on the company facebook page. Customer was again reminded she was educated BEFORE transaction was completed, of the correct pricing. She was also reminded she could have returned the product with in 24 hours for a full refund.

    I wonder how many other people have over payed for things that are marked incorrectly and didn't realize it....Again Not once was I told 44.90 was the price of each plant......I was told a total for the purchase which I assumed was for 36.90 each......I'm not rain man, it's not my job as a customer to do the math to make sure a company isn't ripping me off....u can stand by your employee all you want but I was there and I know what was said...i would have spent thousands there for my new home but will take my business else where all over 16 dollars that you want to argue about....seems you have no problem calling customers liars but I also have screen shots of the conversation and no where did u tell me about a 24 hour return window until 3 days later lol after I wrote a bad review AFTER u refused to do anything about YOUR error.....
