I went to Aspen Dental in January for a partial dental replacement. I went in and was told after X-rays I needed much more done before the partial could be replaced. The original price was over $8k then told way too much they reduced it to $2109. They advised extraction needed said they sent a request to proceed by family physician but after several calls both to Aspen and my doctors office no waiver was sent. I then made three separate trips to get this resolved before I finally gave up and told them to refund my money for services not completed. They gave me a run around for months so after several calls to complain they said contact the insurance company of which I did repeatedly. They advised Aspen had filed a claim for procedures not done. I called Aspen again told them what had been said of which they said we will call you back of which has never happened. The insurance then advised the dentist doing the work wasn’t covered by United Health Care and that they had filed another claim which was again was for procedures not performed by them. I call again told them United said claim was paid. Aspen said they would keep refilling and they would eventually pay. This is the problem they filed false claims several times ,upscaled for unneeded work ,never called me at any point to resolve complaints, refused to refund for any non performed procedures, fraudulently filed false claims. I visited the office and told them I wanted an itemized list of what they filed with insurance company of which I have never gotten. I am a 75 year old veteran who trusted too much and now have been taken advantage of and talked to as if I were senile.
