      0 Star!!!!! Bought high end Monogram appliances for our new build. The Range/Oven wouldn’t work from the get go. The dishwasher started throwing errors and stopped working in the first month. Quinns said we would have to work directly with GE. They do not stand behind what they sell!!! Terrible customer service! Will be telling everyone I talk to about our experience! So much for shopping local. I could have went to Home Depot or Lowe’s and spent 1/10th the money and had something that worked or would have been replaced!!!!!

      I purchased an expensive Fulgor Stove. Have had nothing but problems with the stove and now Quinn Appliance refuses to come and repair it. It is still under warranty. It says it has a BBB rating of A+ WHAT A CROCK. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Don't purchase a thing from this store. You will only have grief.

      In need of a new dishwasher, I decided to check-out Quinn’s. Wow… Starting with an indifferent greeting, we eventually met the salesman. I don’t believe he provided his name, but this rude know-it-all proceeded to treat us as if he would be our appliance savior and we were \ are idiots! Having been a decades long user of appliances, I know a little. Mostly I can tell when someone is full of it. According to the salesman, the best appliances change month to month (likely based on his inventory) and I (the customer) is ignorant relative to his 30 years selling appliances. One would have thought he would have picked-up some customer interaction skills in that time. There was so much negative about my visit to Quinn’s, that I had to suppress my anger upon leaving. Bottom line… If you want a good experience, go next door to Patterson’s, Home Depot or Lowe’s. You will be treated better and you WILL get a better deal. You shouldn’t have to pay for the owner's expensive suit or his electronic price tags (which do not display the price and update “several times daily.” If you are into abuse and rude treatment, by all means walk into Quinn’s.
