            I purchased a new 2022 Silverado 1500 Trail Boss from West Chevrolet on 5/4/2022. It has been to the dealership on 4 separate occasions for a rear window/3rd brake light spoiler water leak. For a total of around 16 weeks I have been in a rental. I have also opened 2 separate cases with General Motors and they haven't offered any assistance with this problem. The case numbers with GM are 98445684746 and 9-9183136978. The case worker that I had stated that they could not ever get in contact with the dealership. I am wanting a Lemon Law Buyback of this vehicle by GM. I am attaching the first 3 invoices from West Chevrolet where they worked on the vehicle. The 4th invoice isn't completed yet because the service director hasn't completed it yet. I have been without my vehicle for roughly 16 weeks.

            Lee W I purchased a 1500 Crew Cab LT in 2020. It was the easiest purchase I had ever experienced. Professionalism was very high from the salesman, finance and management. The truck was ready as promised and in pristine condition. My wife and I have bought many vehicles over the years from Top Shelf dealerships for Mercedes, Cadillac, Toyota, Range Rover, GMC, and always come back to Chevrolet because they have an awesome comfortable ride and extremely reliable. The employees at West have been awesome to work with and HONEST!!!. I'll tell my family and friends where to buy there next Chevrolet from... WEST CHEVROLET
