      The dress I ordered and received looks nothing like the online photos. The color is completely different. I asked customer service for a refund and was told they have had no complaints about the color (what about my complaint?) and I could only return for store credit. Why would I want store credit when I've already had a bad experience? I also posted a negative review of the dress that has not been published to the website. Buyer beware.

      I placed my order on March 31,2022, on April 5th I received a tracking number saying that my package was picked up from **** and shipped. Since April 5th my package said shipment received/pending acceptance. I ordered these to wear on my birthday which was April 12th. I reached out to their customer service several times and again April 13th (ish). The lady who helped me was very short and rude. All she did was sent me a screenshot of what I already could see with the tracking number provided and said it's not at their facility and was picked up by ****. It's April 22nd and I finally get a hold of **** and the very nice lady said that the label was created but the package was not shipped until yesterday, April 19th. I will NEVER order from them again.

      I love their stuff, but would love them better if they accepted returns on sale items and if could be refunded to original form of payment. Also shipping is slow.
