    Exceptional service. Never had a problem with being contacted or getting in contact with any staff member. Punctual & Professional. The price is reasonable for the quality workmanship. The team really worked hard to make sure we were taken care of, no mess left behind, they had the upmost respect for our property. I will recommend Summit Roofing to anyone that wants a quality roof from a dependable company!

    Very professional ****** ****** was right on the money in giving estimate. They were not the most inexpensive but were close. Took longer than expected to finish the job. sent out quality personnel to inspect the finished product. I would recommend them with a 4.5 rating. *************

    Contract called for them to start on Oct 23. I had to call them when they did on leave the material on Oct 22. I was told that they will not start till Nov 6 which mean that they get interest on my deposit money for a month. Overall, they are miscommunicating in writing about the start date on this roof replacement. They cannot blame the weather because there has been on rain in October.. Overall, I am questioning my decision to go with Summit Roofing.

    If i could give 0 stars i would. Worker came out put the wrong color roofing tile on roof didnt say anything and just drove off even though it was clearly so different. They did come and fix it but the manager on the phone was trying to make it seem like i didnt know what i was talking about. He also promised us a discount. I had to stay on him about it and he still didnt call back to give us a discount. Im usually not difficult but this experiance was horrible and i wont ever recommend this place to anybody.

    Just had my roof replaced by Summit, I am very pleased with the result. The entire process beginning with my initial request for an inspection, the inspection itself, receiving an estimate, scheduling of the work , and the work itself was handled professionally, with excellent communication and follow-up. ****, my main point of contact, was very easy to communicate with, exhibited patience in explaining the details of the work, options, and in answering and responding to any questions I had. I felt like I was a valued customer and treated accordingly.I recommend giving Summit a call if you have roofing needs

    After trying to find a licensed contractor in ******** that was willing to work I was referred to Summit Roofing. **** called me about my roof and the ball started rolling. ***** the contractor representative ensured me that the work would be done to our satisfaction within a reasonable time. Before signing the contract with Summit Roofing we were informed that it would be at least 2 weeks before they could get to us. It took them 1 day to complete the work and it was under 8 hours. *** other contractor told us it would be between 2 to 4 days. Thanks You, Thank You, Thank You ****, ***** * *** Team And Thank you again for being there for us and for ensuring me by answering all my questions which were a lot of them.
