    I've attempted to contact this company via phone, email, and IG DM. I was charged a fee of $30 as a deposit for an appointment that was canceled due to poor customer service/not being able to contact the stylist prior to the appointment time. I've asked the owner to refund the amount by leaving a voicemail, emailing, and sending her a message via IG DM; she has ignored my request. I was charged this amount on 1/31/23.Here's what her policy states: Remember: HoneyBee Hair and Beauty Bar requires 12 hours advance notice when canceling online. If you have any questions, please contact HoneyBee Hair and Beauty Bar at ************.This appointment was made 2/6/23 at 9:08AM at 3:35PM on 2/6/23 I emailed the stylist the following message: Hello Ive attempted to contact you regarding an appointment for Wednesday at 9:30. I booked the appointment then realized you were out of stock of the hair 20,22 inches body wave. Will you have hair before Wednesday? If not Id need to cancel this appointment.Please let me know, thank you!****** On 2/7/23 at 10:25AM, I emailed the following message; due to no response from anyone from this company: Please cancel the appt for tomorrow at 9:30 and refund the money paid. Ive attempted to reach you via IG, phone, and email. 2/28/23 at 8:47AM, I emailed the following: I've attempted to contact you via phone, email, and IG DM. I was charged a fee of $30 as a deposit for an appointment that I didn't have. I've asked you to refund the amount and you've ignored my request. I was charged this amount on 1/31/23, I will now pursue getting this refund in a different form due to you ignoring my request.Thank you
