I went in the location on *************** the first or second week of January to open a business account. I don't have a personal account with First South Financial Credit Union but my husband does. He was the one that suggested this bank. I went into the location and took ALL documents needed because I had already went through the process with another bank so I knew what I needed. The young lady advised that there was only one guy working on business accounts and they had two people now it was just one so give him about two to three weeks. I waited and called during the third week to check on the status and they said that it was pending so I asked them to have him give me a call. He never called. So the week of February 20th, I called again, they said that it was still pending so again can you please have him to call me. He never called. So March rolls around so I contacted another branch and she contacted the branch and a branch manager contacted to tell me that they need a *********** Certificate of Existence. I told the lady that it was in the stack of papers I dropped off but she continued to say that they didn't. So I went back online (thinking maybe it's another piece of document needed) and paid twenty something dollars and some change and when I printed it out. It was the same piece of paper that I knew was in the stack. So my husband says maybe they misplaced it. Ok I will give them that. Now I'm on the phone with ****** who says that I need to unlock Transunion. I get a call from ***** who says that they still needed me to unlock so I unlock it. So I unlocked it again. Now fast forward to me sending an email over this weekend asking if I need to open up a personal account. Her response in a nut shell was that that was fine but they still needed me to unlock ALL the credit bureaus. Ya'll please get it together. This makes absolutely no sense at all.

transpose my numbers I contact the bank for 2 weeks straight they could not locate the money. One person located it placed into my account and then it was removed by risk management and now my check should be $25,164 and I only got $10, 000 out of they said it was my fault. Yes I transposed the numbers but I called the day after it was supposed to be posted. And the bank representative told me that if it was the wrong account it would be sent back this did not occur My check was sent on May 27th it is now June 24th. I keep getting the same message we're working on it. I'm so stress out I end ** in the hospital for chest pain. But it's not their money it's mine so they just took $15,000 for me. It's bad when every time I call they give me the same person's name and number and nothing happens.
