              We contacted ***** Maclin of Maclin Security Doors **** in September of 2021 about doing a patio cover. He came to out home to measure and tell us the cost. We gave him the down payment of $2000.00 September 7, 2021.May 9, 2022 we paid ***** $7500.00 when the workers said they were finished. ***** never came out to check on their work or inspect to see if the job was correctly completed.***** assured us that if there were any leaks he would have the workers (*******, one other man and a woman) come back to correct/finish the job.When it rained, the cover leaked in 3 places. This went on through 4 more visits and 2 different men.Then last man left us with 1 larger leak instead of 3 smaller leaks. ***** never came out to during this long drawn out ordeal, to our knowledge.We believe from the very beginning, that ***** had good intentions p, but hired a crew of 3 people who had major problems and werent capable of doing the job,***** was always courteous and polite when we called but has not answered our latest calls and texts about following through with the job. We would really appreciate getting a resolution to this problem.Respectfully,**** and *********************************

              We are thrilled with our screened in porch we purchased from Maclin Security Doors, Inc.! It is absolutely beautiful and our installer ***** is the best out there! His attention to detail is like none I have ever seen! Thanks to them, we will be able to enjoy the outside without all of the bugs and pests that swarm in the ******* summer heat! We tell everyone to go to Maclin! We are repeat customers. In 2019 we purchased front and back doors for our last home from Maclin. We loved them so much that when it came time to buy doors for our new home we went directly to ***** Maclin! Their products are all superior to anyone else's on the market, and their customer service and pricing cannot be beat either! They are a true family owned business and they have treated our family very kind each time we have purchased from them. This time around I had anxiety over which door to order. ***** took extra time with me to help come up with a great design that fits our home perfectly. The Maclin family are very knowledgeable and are true professionals! I love supporting local, family owned businesses over the big box stores that offer similar, yet not near as nice options. I will also add the other stores will not give the personal and quality customer care that the ********************** family does.
