      Worse experience me and my wife ever experienced with a business. On 1/22. Me and my wife arrived at the gym like we do every morning. Just so happen I left my scanner at home this morning so my wife scanned us both in. Once we enter the guy at the desk ask could he help us with an attitude. Just came across really rude with me and my wife

      If I could give this gym 0 stars I would. I started a membership with this location on Monday, October 14 and cancelled it on October 16. Signing up for membership was the worst experience, yet I allowed the customer service to be overlooked, not knowing that everyone at this location is unprofessional. I was not satisfied with the customer service I received the day I signed up and since joining the gym. I didn't and don't feel welcomed at the ******** location. Also, I wasn't made aware of all of the policies of the gym, therefore I decided I needed to cancel my membership. I've been emailing *** ****, the manager at the ******** location, all day because he wanted to go back and forth with me regarding the reason I wanted to cancel. Through email, I learned that a refund will be processed as a check vs. receiving the payment the way that I made it, which is quite frustrating. I attempted to call the gym to speak with *** about this and ***** picked up the phone, again very unprofessional because she wasn't going to ask how I'd like to be contacted back. I emailed *** in regards to finding out why it's a check. This has been one of the worst experiences. Would not recommend.

      Not happy at all with this location the staff is amazing the tanning beds are horrible the bulbs never get changed Im not happy at at about paying 25 dollars a month to tan and work out its like this location gets put off and nothing ever gets updated!! I have been a member for over 2-3 yrs i had to cancel because i moved them it fell through and signed back up was going to ********* before loved it ever thing was always updated and new bulbs Brighton i have been going for to Brighton atc at least 3-4 months and the bulbs are horrible and i recommend atc doing like total fitness have swipe cards so you can tan 24 hours a day dont just cater to the exercise equipment! Not happy at all with *** thinking about changing to total fitness i feel im wasting my money with atc at least ******** location
