    1***** they texted me saying a bill from 4.24.23 was past due for starting my irrigation system. I texted back to remind them...they could not do it because they said repairs were required. They did not have the part. They wanted to come out once the part was in. Weeks went by with zero communication...By the time the part was in and they called to say they were coming out to do the start-up, it was super late in the year so I had another company do the job...without needing to do a repair. The response was their GPS showed they were at my house. I said true, but you said you couldn't do anything without the repair. I sent an addressed to ************************************* who I believe is the owner with zero response. I've received several more texts and phone calls for payment. I responded telling them I have not heard back from the owner. Today I received a text telling me this is my final notice to take care of the $115.00 bill. And asked if they could use my credit card on file. I responded by saying I have not heard back from *****. They responded by saying "Is that a no?" I sent another email to the company telling them to remove me as a Christmas light Customer for which I pay them $3,000 per year for the past 5 years because I feel threatened and harassed about $115.00 invoice for services they didn't render and for which I paid another company to do. No response from the company, a continual string of texts and phone calls is a horrific way to conduct business especially with a long time customer who pays them thousands of dollars a year! It needs to stop. My emails need to be responded to by the owner and the threats need to cease immediately.

    Beware of this company. The crews are good, and for major landscape projects, you will get Jasons attention, maybe, but for regular yard maintenance and customer service overall, there is nothing. Workers arrive on a more or less regular schedule. You get a no-reply email alert the day before. Service is charged directly to a credit card. There is no account documentation other your card statement. Weve used this company for well over a decade, and customer service has gone from unusual to grotesque. For a long time they had an online payment and account portal, where you could pay and see your history. The unusual aspect was that PPL controlled access by assigning names and passwords. About three years ago they closed the site, allegedly to build a new one, they told me when I objected to the direct charge model. My concern was being charged for unwanted work, and, indeed, that happened. Big time. I called ***** (accounts person) early in the fall to say that work other that cost more than $65 (weekly mowing/blowing) was not to be done unless I ordered it. Last week, the leaf removal crew while I was at work. When I came home, the street had grown a mountain of leaves and three guys were jockeying a second one out of the backyard. Charge for unwanted, explicitly prohibited work? $642.
