    june 21, 2022 drain gang came to my house to fix my pump they needed to pull my pump install a new one .This should take 3 hours to do things did not go that way after 8 hours and replacing everything which nothing should have needed to be replaced due to it all beinging new but the pump..they could not get the pressure up to where it needed to be..my husband get here and i let him take over due to me being very tired they kept trying to get me to pay them...i have always had a pump my husband has never hard one...i knew they were doing something wrong...they said they would be back in the morning...we were waiting for them to get it right to leave to go on vacation..my husband sent me to the bank they convienced my husband it was fixed while i was gone..they were gone when i got back ...They were here 12 hours .we had no ideai that if you recieved a service and paid them the with a charge card you could not dispute it...they next day after we left my son tried to laundry no water pressure...we did not want drain gang to come back we knew they could fix it..i called eatons plumming they came out and had it fixed in 3 hours ..i have all the paper work from eatons...If drain gang had fixed it i have no problem paying for it but they didnt...i have communicated with them ...they let me know i am not the first to complain about them...we made a hug mistake if we knew that a discove would not stand by us we would have did things different..they told us to reach out to you guys... this was horrible experience..

    First off in response or this
    We never ask for any money until the job is completed
    We arrived at their residence on a Sunday with the complaint of no water pressure. They were hostile from the start, saying ********************* has attempted to repair and how bad of an experience that she had with them. We assed the issue and determined that the pump was a not working correctly.
    With further evaluation we found that the pressure switch and pressure tank was bad as well. We only priced the replacement of the pump and with this new information we advised them that we would only charge the material cost for the pressure switch and tank. Her husband arrives and is just as hostile with all that's going on. We understand that it is is stressful and still proceeded to help with this issue. So with all replaced... new pump, pressure tank, pressure switch and new 1" line from pump to pressure tank. We powered the pump and checked operation
    And all was working as designed
    We also informed them that they needed a new well head and declined the install. All in all we should have charged our normal rate of $4,345.00 for all that was installed and the time it took
    But only charged about $1,900 so id say they got a more than fair deal. We found it odd that the same company that they were complaining about to us in the beginning, is the same company that came back out to install a filter on this well system and also installed the new well head and when we voided the warranty, now our equipment doesn't work and she wants her money back
    And saying we didn't do our job. I would say this isn't their first time doing this kinda scam and maybe were the first to call them out it and refuse a refund

    i am not real sure why ***************** is stating we were hostile...I was the only one here...It was a Sunday it was Fathers Day. They came back on a Tuesday and were here for several hours doing a 3hour job when my husband got here it was around 5 pm I was mentally drained. This should have been a # hour job. ******************** kept telling me it was fixed and still no water pressure...They left and came back the next morning. They were here a total of 12 hours...As soon as they left we left for vacation..
    We never had Eatons out here until they came to fix what ******************** didnt fix..
    We are not saying the equipment does not work..our pump is working like it is suppose to..******************* did not fix it...He replaced everything but could not figure out why the pressure was not right..
    We wanted them to leave. My husband thought it was fixed. He has city water.. When we tried to do laundry we didnt have enough water pressure to wash clothes..
    We called *****.They fixed it..
    I reached out to ******************* he said to bad he has had many people with complaints..He was here for 12 hours ..
    Eatons pulled the pump put new pipe replumed it in 3hours..we have paid them..
    ******************* did not fix our problem
    The pressure tank was not bad we had it tested the pressure switch he took with him ..but it was only 6 months old..cant believe it was bad..I would be happy if he just paid what ***** charged $763.52...******************* just did not do the job..No matter what he states...
