    August 2023 i took my ** to have it tuned . I picked it up it was smoking. I relayed this to the shop Manager, and he said it would only smoke doing take off . But as i continued to drive it was continuously smoking. I called him he stated to me to bring it back when i return from my trip. I took the ** to him to have a tune done which was supposed to be done in one day four weeks later and he said he thought the turbo was bad and wanted to charge me to look at it. After taking the turbo apart there wasn't any findings, and he couldn't locate the reason for the smoking. He then he informed me that he didn't have time to fix my ** and to come pick it up and take it somewhere else. As a first-time customer to this business i was treated so poorly and he had no regards to my property. He remained unprofessional. I tried to talk things out with him to try to resolve this matter because of the work he has done and didn't finish it's going to cost me additional money to find and another source. being new to this city it is an inconvenience to me. Now i have to research and find another business to do the repairs as well as pay them to do the work. This entire experience was traumatic. Please help me with this matter.     In July 2023, ************** brought his ** in to have it tuned.The requested work was completed and paid for on 7/29/2023. Upon picking up,************** complained of the ** smoking. He was advised to drive the ** to see how it performed under a load, because sometimes boost makes the smoke go away. He called back and stated it was smoking too much for his liking. He was advised to bring it back to get the program checked to be sure everything was okay. He finally brought the ** back to the business in November 2023. He was asked to leave it with us so we could have adequate time to properly diagnose the issue. He was told if the issue was the program,it would be 1-2 days, however it was not the program therefore he was put in line for diagnostics. He agreed and left the ** at the shop.
    During the diagnostics, it was found that the original work completed, did not warrant the issue of the smoking complaint. ************** was informed that it would be best to take the turbo apart to see if there were any issues, to which he agreed to. He was informed of the time frame, which he also agreed with. We explained to him that we would call him with a status update once we had one ready for him.
    During the time it took to have the part ordered to put the actuator back on the turbo, ************** called constantly to check on the status.One day, we did not return his call quickly enough, so he came to the shop directly to complain that we were taking too much time. It was again explained that we were working as quickly as possible and we simply could not just put him in front of others who have been waiting to have their repairs done. He continued to advise me on how I should put him in front of others even after it was explained that it was not fair to put him in front of everyone else.  He left dissatisfied.
    While waiting on the part, he called again and was upset that we were taking too much time for his liking. He was very demanding and proceeded we should have put him in front of others, because it was our fault the ** had a new issue. We explained to him that the there would be a cost for the part and diagnostics since this was a new issue that did not pertain to the original work done.  After discussing the cost of diagnostics to figure out what was causing the issue, ************** made a few comments under his breath as to he did not feel like he should be responsible for diagnostics time.  At that time, I made the decision to end the relationship by letting him know I would put his turbo back together at no cost to him for the parts or diagnostic time.
    The next day, the parts came in; I put the turbo back together. I called to inform him the ** was ready to be picked up. Later that day, he came and picked up his ** in the parking lot and did not say anything to anyone.
    There will be no refund granted for the original work completed in July 2023 as the work was completed per the request of the customer. The new smoking issue to the ** is not related to the original work completed. We tried to take care of the new issue, but could not reach Mr.****** ********* of how he wanted our business to be run. Since he received free labor and a part for the new issue, there is no refund to be given.

    the statement ius not true so as I figured you guys would not be any help so I will get a lawyer to handle this case
