On 2October 22, 2021 ********** charged $***** as a prepaid co-pay for a session video session with a ************ which would be refunded upon payment from my primary and secondary insurance both which the agent on the phone verified and stated was excepted for the service. On November 15, 2021 I recieved information from ******** the cliame submitted by ******** was paid according to ******** agreement with the bussiness. I called to inquired about the agreed refund for the $***** upon ********** receiving payment from my insurance. I was told they have not received the payment due to accounting sending the charge to the wrong ******** state. I informed him ******** had paid as has my secondary insurance which fulfilled our agreement for the refund. The agent said to call again they have not received payment. I asked about a second session I had on the 22nd and if I should delay until this matter is cleared? The agent stated no your insurance has been verified your good to go. On November, 15, 2021 ********** charge my credit card $******* on November 17, 2021 they charged $***** I discover these charges on a Saturday both charges which were unknown to me. No one informed me they were going to charge me any amount of money for any reason at anytime nor did I receive an invoice itemizing explain these charges? I have called ********** to discuss and correct these charges. The agent on the phone kept putting me on 30 minute waits and coming back with no explanation'. I asked if I would receive an e-mail or mailed explanation an invoice for these charges only to be meet with hostilities told if I don't pay they will report it and I will have bad credit. I am being as cooperative as possibl to understand their position. They refuse to give me the same answer. I have e-mailed them my confusion regarding the charges and ask for an invoice to explain the charges, I have sent a copy of my insurance processing of their claim to no avial, now when I call put on hold.
