      On 8/18 I placed an order on the company website THEY PROMISE same day delivery if the order is placed before 2PM which my order was I did not receive the order and all I got was the run around until I finally spoke with a Manager right before closing who tried to help. I called the corporate office and all they had to say was I wish they would take that off the website so people would not call here mad at us. They should not falsely advertise same day delivery if it is not reliable and stop making excuses for their poor customer service. The delivery service is subcontracted by Tractor Supply and they take the payment on THEIR site they should accept responsibility or stop lying to customers.

      I received the wrong Items. I did an online return, I returned the items. I did not receive my credit after a month and still have not. No one can help at any of the departments. Order Number: ********** I wish to have the full credit for $339.18

      On March 3 2021 I bought a walk on utility trailer at Tractor supply...I paid $1007 with taxes and titling fees...I called the WV DMV in June and was advised that the title paperwork was messed up and had been returned to Tractor Supply on April 12th...I have spent 2 months calling and going to the business trying to get my title work corrected and sent in...They have assured me each time that it would be done ASAP...I called DMV today August 17th 2021 and they advised they still hadn't heard back from Tractor Supply...It's been 5 1/2 months now since purchase and I still have no title or license...DMV said it was all up to Tractor Supply to correct the paperwork...my temporary tags expired after 60 days so I can't use the trailer now until I get the new license.

      3 days ago, I was going through bank card transactions after realizing that my card has been missing for almost a year and a half. On 7/2/2020 there is a charge for $1,939.98 to Tractor-S 801 South IN. As well as another charge the same day for much less. I only use my card online or in ****** Pay. I have never made a purchase of that amount anywhere other than for a car. I did not make this purchase and did not authorize it, as someone else had my card. I'd like a refund to my bank account for the full amount that someone fraudulently used my card for.

      I purchased a **** 60" zero turn lawnmower from Tractor Supply Co.on July 24, 2021 at 1:46 pm. for the total price of $6539.99 three days later while mowing I noticed some smoke and thought some dry grass may have caught fire when I got off and looked there was oil all over the back of the mower and that was the source of the smoke. I shut down the mower and checked the oil only to find the tip of the dip stick melted from the excess heat. I contacted Tractor Supply Co. they said that if I didn't purchase their $500.00 extended warranty they would do zero for me. I found the local **** dealer, ************* they said that **** does offer a factory warranty of 3 years or 300 hours of use and most likely Tractor Supply would just send it to him anyway but he couldn't even begin to look into the issue for about four months and I should make Tractor Supply do their job! The mower has 3.5 running hours logged! PLEASE HELP!

      I purchased a ******* shirt online from Tractor Supply on 7/9/21 which was supposed to arrive in the Ossippee NH store within 10 business days. Today is now 8/10 and I have no shirt and no updates have been provided. I emailed customer support in late late July/early Aug for follow up. They emailed me back on 8/1 stating that my order is still processing and their internal team has reached out to the vendor on this with no response. There was no mention on refunding me or trying to correct this issue, so I called customer support on either 8/4 or 8/5. The person I spoke to said theyd to a manager and the manager would call me that night as this is definitely an issue. I never received a call back so I contacted customer support again on 8/9 and again explained my frustration that no one was helping me or calling me back. Again I was told that my issue was escalated to a manager (Jennifer) and she would call me back by the end of the day. Today is 8/10 and I still didn't receive a call.

We have contacted Mrs. ******* explaining that if the funds were never pulled from her account, then she will not see a refund to her account. Our company does not pull the funds from customer's accounts until the order is shipped. In the meantime, our systems place a hold on the funds. If the order is cancelled/refunded within the time of the funds being on hold. The hold will simply drop and the charges will be made available for use on the customer's account.       Customer service at it's worst! On 08/09/2021 I went into the store to exchange a ********** 85 gallons pressure tank. I did my homework and followed the correct process for the exchange. I had an authorization # from the manufacturer. I also called Tractor Supply the day before and was told to take my receipt of purchase. It was well within the warranty. When I arrived I was told by Henry (Manager) that he could not get a hold of his boss for approval. Henry told me to call the Tractor Supply Customer service line. I called the line and it got worst! The representative gave me a phone number to speak to another department. I asked her if that department was open and she said no. I told her I needed to speak to someone as this was an urgent matter. The representative said to return the next day and she will give me an E Gift card. I told her it was not that easy. I was told to go into the store with the water tank. I had to turn off the main water line and get a plumber.

      Tractor Supply for Hartselle Alabama is not listed here so I had to use Cullman. I bought a $6000 UTV that has a bad radiator. I called and talked with the manager who told me he would get in touch with his DM about returning the UTV for a refund, never heard back. I cannot get the parts to repair it. They don't exist. The company ******* Powersports sent me a radiator that was the wrong. They only have parts for 2020 and back. Mine is a 2021, so here I am with a financed UTV that is not running and Hartselle Tractor Supply won't take it back and ******* Powersports said the refund had to come from Tractor Supply and when I mentioned I may have to get an attorney because of the runaround to settle this because I am not getting any resolution they refused to speak with me and hung up.
