I called the Savannah GA location Saturday afternoon looking for a orange pumpkin that lit up with the letter T on it. Lady found it and said she would hold thru Sunday. I have been ill from radiation and chemo but went there Sunday for it. After two women looking for it finally a third found it and it was the wrong letter. I was very upset this girl put aside the wrong one even though I confirmed the name. I asked Kirklands if they can check around and have one shipped to their store or to me free for this sales girls errors. Nobody seemed to care.Business response

Online it shows you have them somewhere, I just can't find a zip code of anyone I know that could go get it for me. Why can't a store that has it pack it up and ship it to me? I purchased a doormat 3 days ago and now see that it is on sale for less than what I paid. I understand there is a 14 day price adjustment policy but that I would have to go to a store to get the price adjusted. I understand that except the store is not close by, so I reached out via chat to inquire how long the sale would be for - so I knew when my deadline would've been. Instead of an appropriate, professional, helpful response, I received a rude interaction where they wouldn't tell me the answer to my question. I'd like someone to appropriately address this and review the transcript.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2021/08/31) */ the purchase was a Harvest Door Matt we state on our web site and on the back of all receipts. Price Adjustment Policy Excluding seasonal merchandise and "as-is" items, Kirkland's offers a one-time price adjustment within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date as long as you have the original receipt. To receive an adjustment for items purchased in a store, you must take your receipt to a Kirkland's store; adjustments cannot be made online or over the phone for items purchased in a store. To receive an adjustment for items purchased online, have your order confirmation ready and call customer service at 1-************, then select Option 1.
