    My Food Steamer Purchased on January 32, 2022 from ****** still under warranty no longer steam hot water. Since ****** no longer carry this model and since this steamer is still under warranty, contacted the Brentwood appliances and sent email with phone call. Surprisingly I was told that I am responsible for shipping cost for return and replacement. When I informed the representative that this is defective, they asked for proof of purchase which was sent to them , then I was asked that picture was not enough and need a copy of actual invoice which was sent again showing my name and address on invoice, few days later I was asked to send a video showing the defective part, when explained that since its not boiling water, how is it possible for me to show that on video and that their demand for a $***** appliance is unacceptable and unreasonable. I requested a shipping label for return to have my steamer repaired or replaced. It is also important that the representative refuses to state her name/1st name or position in her phone calls as well as in her email.
