    I purchased their PiViT ladder leveling ramp. It had the abrasive sticker start to come off. I contacted customer service via email and after two replies stating that they would send me the new sticker needed to make it safe - nothing. It was only 4 months old on a one year warranty. I then sent another email stating that I needed a new part or to replace the whole item under the warranty. I never heard from them again. Terrible customer service by an officer of the company named Josh. Refused to honor their warranty.
