I came home yesterday January 23rd to find that a large sign had been staked into my property at the front of my house. No one attempted to ask me if this was okay and it left a rather large hole in my front yard. On January 24th when I attempted to speak with one of the construction workers who spoke broken English he advised that it wasn't my property and that he could do what he wanted. When I asked him what company was with he simply pointed to one of the trucks and I told him I would speak to the company. When I went to leave there was another one of the employees who seemed to be yelling at me from his car.

In late January, our company, along with multiple other trades, were working in the right of way. A sign was placed in order to notify passersby of gas line installation work being done in the right of way. Upon further investigation, our sign was not the only one placed and we do not think our employees are the ones who spoke with the couple. We spoke with the wife over the phone on January 24th and she informed us that the person who spoke to them onsite had an "Eastern European" accent, which none of our employees have. We spoke with our crew members who were working in the right of way that day, and after our conversation we did not believe our employees were involved in any ill conversation with the couple.  All in all, we believe that this incident might be a misunderstanding, but we apologize for any inconvenience or issues our work outside of their home might have caused.
