"I reported unprofessional behavior by the inspector who came to my home on December 11, 2023, to scheduled inspection at 11 am. He left after waiting for only 16 seconds. When I tried to contact him, he didn't answer his phone or messages. However, he told his company that he had left while he was still sitting in his car in front of my house at 10:56 am. spoke to his supervisor and sent him video footage of this incident, proving that the man lied to his office about being here, walking around and taking pictures before he left, which was also not true, the supervisor, ***, apologized and promised never to send this man to an inspection again.The next appointment was scheduled for January 3,The same guy showed up even though I was promised they would not send him. he realized that I was the one who complained about him, 35 seconds later, he said that I should never complain about him and that he doesn't have to do s... there. He then left. Supervisor ***** called me and apologized and informed me that ****** would be conducting an inspection the following day. Although I explained that I could not keep canceling my appointments, I agreed to do it. On January 3rd, at around 4 pm, I called to confirm the inspection for the next day before canceling my appointment. I was assured that ****** would arrive between 10 am to 2 pm. Nobody texted or called, and no one showed up again. Last year they canceled 5 times. This is very disrespectful and discriminatory, I am a single mother who is disabled and lives with 2 disabled kids, the MC Cright company has violated our rights again, and instead of setting up an inspection and completing it, I am being threatened and harassed. they sent me a letter saying that it was my fault and I may lose my voucher, They discriminate against people in section 8.
