*******. This company(they won’t even tell me the actual name of the company) has withdrawn money from two different accounts of mine. I have NEVER signed up for their services and they only refund ONE payment after taking out over $400 between TWO accounts, one which was my minor daughter’s checking account. Then they refund the one months’ payment then took it back out again. I never get emails confirming cancellation either. Horrible, fraudulent company. They need to be shut down!Business response

Ms. ********* has made some highly defamatory statements and we demand the complaint be immediately redacted or removed from public view. Records indicate Ms. ********* signed up for services from an IP address in the same area that she is resides in. During the online sign up process she completed a 4-page process that required her date of birth, social security number, full credit card, and billing information, as well as completing an independent identity verification with the credit bureau. As such, Ms. ********* signed up for services and authorized the charges. Additionally, Ms. ********* was sent multiple emails to the same email account listed in this complaint. Records further indicate we had one single card on file which was input by Ms. ********* and was authorized to be charged for the services. We have no information on a second account or a child's card. Ms. ********* contacted us on July 25 and requested cancellation, and the account was immediately cancelled. Since Ms. ********* did sign up, she was not eligible for a refund, however, a courtesy refund was issued. There has been no further billing to her account as it is canceled. We request this complaint be closed and removed from public view.Initial Complaint

Records indicate that Ms. ******** signed up for services on January 16 and authorized the charges, providing her full 16-digit credit card and billing information, as well as authenticating her identity with the credit bureau as part of the signup process. As such, the charges were authorized. Ms. ******** could have contacted us at any time to cancel, however, the first notice we have received that she wished to discontinue services was an online chat with customer service on July 6. During that conversation Ms. ********'s account was immediately cancelled, and while she wasn't entitled to a refund, she was notified that a courtesy refund was being processed. As Ms. ******** did sign up and did agree to and authorize the charges, and was cancelled and refunded prior to her filing of this complaint, we request this complaint be closed and removed from public view.Initial Complaint

I just noticed the withdrawal from my account and have no clue who this company is and don't recall authorizing any such debit. I've never seen or heard of anything related to this eleged company.Business response

Records indicate that Mr. ******* signed up for credit monitoring services and authorized the charges, providing his full 16-digit credit card and billing information, as well as authenticating his identity with the credit bureau as part of the signup process. As such, the charges were authorized. Most recently, Mr. ******* received multiple credit monitoring alerts, the most recent being on May 19th. Mr. ******* could have contacted us at any time to cancel, however, the receipt of this complaint is the first notice that he wished to discontinue services. Upon receipt of the complaint, his account was immediately canceled. As Mr. ******* did sign up and did agree to and authorize the charges he was not eligible for any refunds, however, as a courtesy a refund has been issued. I signed up through the website which I am not disputing. However on 7/2 I was charged 39.90 which again I am not disputing as I had in all likelihood let the trial period run out. However on 7/3 I looked at my account and was charged another 39.90. I immediately called the number associated with the company and requested to cancel. I would like my 39.90 for the second payment refunded. I will also be reaching out to my bank to let them know to not authorize any further charges from your company. I am attaching my statements where you can clearly see charges for 39.90 on both 7/2 and 7/3Business response

We would like to thank Mr. ****** for his honesty. As he stated he did sign up and did not cancel in time for the monthly charges to begin. We were notified on July 3 by Mr. ****** that he wanted to cancel and requested a refund. The account was canceled and refund was issued. Because Mr. ***** did sign and and did accept the offer terms and the fact his account was canceled and refunded, we ask this complaint be closed.Initial Complaint

They have the worst customer service. I’ve called them multiple times on 6/29 after I received a $39.95 charge and attempted to cancel whatever scam this is. But of course even their phone system is a scam. I was on the phone for roughly 30 mins at a time and each time I would get a “representative” they wouldn’t say anything and would end the call, I then was prompted to a survey and I selected no the previous person did not correct my issues and then it was a repeat of what just happened to me. This is a set up, you can’t cancel because they want to continue to take money from ppl and blame us for not canceling when you can’t even get a person to answer the phone.Business response

Records indicate that Ms. ******* did sign up for services which included a 4-page online process that requires her date of birth, social security number, full credit card, and billing information as well as completing an identity verification with the credit bureau. Ms. ******* contacted customer service on June 30, 2023, and during such call she admitted that she had requested the credit score and report service and the agent assisted Ms. ******* in logging into her account, and at such time Ms. ******* stated she had her password saved and was able to log in. At the end of the call, she additionally agreed to keep the service until July 31. The receipt of this complaint and Ms. ******* defamatory statements were a surprise to us, and was the first time we were notified that she wanted to cancel her account. Upon receipt, her account was immediately cancelled and a courtesy refund was issued. As Ms. ******* did sign up, did receive the benefits of the account, has been canceled, and has been refunded, we request this complaint be closed and removed from public view.Initial Complaint

I am a member of this company but I will be canceling because I haven't gotten any kind of benefits from this what so ever. I have been paying every month for what? I've just been giving my money to this company for no services in return. I want my money back but I know I won't get any so I won't try. I guess it's my fault for paying a company that's obviously no good. People have no morals anymore I swear. Don't care who they take from or scam/take advantage. As Mr. ****** stated, he did in fact sign up for services. If he was not happy with those services, he could have contacted us at any time, but he didn't. Instead, Mr. ****** chose to file a complaint. The receipt of this complaint is the first notice that Mr. ****** felt the services were not satisfactory and as such upon receipt his account has been cancelled. Mr. ****** was not eligible for any refunds, but as a courtesy a refund has been issued. Due to Mr. ******'s slanderous comments, we request this complaint not only be closed, but removed from our listing as well.Business response

On February 14, 2023 I tried to sign up for my credit report through 3gldscr.com paying a $1 for the trial for seven days and it denied my credit card saying it did not accept prepaid debit cards. So I was never able to access my credit report on April 13 they charged my card $39.90 and again on April 14 another $39.90. I have called twice to get a refund. Nobody has ever emailed me back. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days to go over the account. They canceled it but they have never issued me a refund because if it would’ve went through for the $1 charge on February 14. I would’ve canceled it within the first seven days so I wasn’t charged the $39.90 but two months later I’m charged it twice, I just want a full refund of $79.80 and I’m getting nowhere with them. Nobody is calling me back or emailing me back. That’s a lot of money for someone on a fixed income and I never access any of the information. Please just give me my refund.Business response

Ms. ********* did in fact sign up for services on February 14, and during such process records show a fee of $1 processed that day for the 7-day trial of services. Additionally, records show that Ms. ********* logged into her account several times that same day, and accessed her credit reports and scores. Further, Ms. ********* was sent multiple emails during the course of her services let her know we were working on her behalf. Ms. ********* could have contacted us at any time but the first time she called was April 14, at which time her account was immediately cancelled. As she did sign up and she was outside the trial time frame and she never called to cancel she was not eligible for any refunds. As a courtesy a refund has now been issued and as such we request this complaint be closed.Initial Complaint

4 days in the span of a week 6/2/22, 6/1/23, 5/31/23, 5/27/23 I was charged $39.90 by this company. $159.60 total. I’ve called numerous times and they can not find any record of me ever owning an account (because I have never heard of them). They are not willing to admit any fault or refund any money.Business response

As Mr. ******* indicated, when he contacted customer service we were unable to locate any accounts for him. However, after a deep investigation were were able to locate an account associated with Mr. *******, in the name of a ***** ********* . Mr. ******* was contacted and he did indicate that he did indeed know of this person. Once it was confirmed that the ********* account was the correct account, it was cancelled and a courtesy refund was issued. As this case is clearly a fraud case between Mr. ******* and one of his acquaintance and not any wrong doing on our part, we request this complaint not only be closed, but removed from our listing as well.Initial Complaint

The information regarding the trial and how to cancel is prominently displayed in multiple places on the website, and there is no fine print as Mr. ******* stated. Mr. ******* could have contacted us at anytime to cancel. However, the first notice we have received that Mr. ******* wished to discontinue service was the receipt of this complaint.
