I wish I could give no stars. This company has very poor customer service and very non ethical. The structure of the company lacks a clear leader and vision for the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IT'S NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SOME OF THE 3RD PARTY VENDERS ARE NOT GREAT. Fortunately, we had a great Vendor to install our elevator but my guess is that he is no longer around. Now it's time to service my elevator, the company they use is called Wiltek Elevators Inc. When I contacted REMI about servicing my elevator, I was directed to Wiltek. I spoke with a gentleman name Josh. He basically offered me an opportunity to pay $359 for servicing the elevator myself via Zoom because he did not want to come from GA to DC to service my elevator. I asked him about pricing and he explained that for Servicing and fixing a problem, it would be $759 which is VERY HIGH per industry standard. Now he quoted me via email $1459. I contacted our Sales Rep that we used to purchase our elevator in (2022) and now I cannot get the woman on the phone; Her name is Paige C****** and now she is VP of Production. When I asked her for a call, she said "No Ma'am" that she would not call and asked me to text or send an email. When I asked for the Owner's contact information, she provide an email address for Michelle P*******. I've called local Vendors in my area and they refuse to work with REMI because REMI apparently does not have a good name in the industry and as a solution for me, REMI will not work with other elevator companies in my area and refuses to provide parts to elevator companies in my area. Wiltek wants to charge $1459 for a routine service because they have to travel to DC from GA and I was told it could be a long time before they come to this my area. I lost my husband to COVID 3 years ago and we have a young child. I DO NOT have this type of money to pay when industry standard for routine maintenance is $250-350.
